Excellent Stay, Convenient to Stena ferry port 6/7 minutes walk in the Main Street. Friendly owners, Comfortable and pleasant breakfast with choice of Cheeses, Pate, Cold meats, Cereal, Fruit and Juices, Coffee and Tea included in room rate. Also has a very pleasant garden at the rear of the hotel to unwind. Wifi was excellent and would most definitely return to this hotel if I was staying in the Hook of Holland or looking to travel further afield in the Netherlands. Great for a one or two night stay.

It’s the summer so it’s warm, tiny totally useless noisy fan from the cheapest shop in town, one tiny window that actually opens, rest non opening, sometimes with a business you have to stop taking the money out and counting it and re-invest, you know fit AC, make it comfortable for the guests, after 2 nights without sleeping I’ll never return here. Also having one toilet and shower between rooms isn’t what people want or expect in this century, same problem as above I suspect

Fantastic hotel. Booked at short notice due to cancellation of my ferry crossing. Hotel is only 4 mins from the ferry terminal so was very convenient. We’re able to cater for me and my dog. Breakfast was very good. Thank you for my stay. Would recommend this hotel to my friends.

Stayed with my son on last night of European trip. Picked hotel due to proximity to ferry terminal. Hotel owner is very friendly, took time, unprompted, to recommend local places to eat, routes to beach, etc. Room was very large and clean, as was en-suite bathroom. Breakfast was European style - cold meats, yoghurts, cheeses, and breads. Very plentiful. Unfortunately the day we stayed was also the day that our Queen died, so we did not feel like checking out the local restaurants. Very convenient for the ferry - about half a mile by car. And parking is on street and free.

It's a traditional, small Dutch hotel, the kind you'd expect from your travels of yesteryear: rooms with small shower rooms, high stucco ceilings, real keys, and comfortable, large beds. There was also a very good breakfast buffet, traditionally served by very friendly service: coffee was brought directly to your table in a pot, and the scrambled eggs were constantly made fresh and refilled. There was also a lovely garden with seating in the courtyard, and free parking directly in front of the hotel on the street, as well as throughout the town and on the beach. The rooms could perhaps be renovated again; otherwise, it was a lovely, charming hotel.

We were looking for a place outside of The Hague. Small, unpretentious hotel with a pleasant, if somewhat simple, setting. Free parking. The breakfast lady is really attentive: freshly squeezed orange juice, fresh fruit salad, salmon, ham, cheese, bacon omelet, croissants, various breads...
