This is such a nice hotel to stay no matter you are a business traveler, solo traveler or with a family. The lounge and workspace suit all these types and help you to relaxed! A very central location with walkable distance to the Rotterdam Centraal Station, The Market and the harbour side.
You will be surprised that they have a nice exercise area! Their breakfast is also nice for those who have tight schedule in the morning or simply wanna chill at the lounge.
If you are a person who cares for saving our planet or a design lover, you will love this hotel. USUAL cares about the impact of their building materials and daily products on the environment and do good job in recycling as well. You can tell from their interior design of their entire hotel. And it’s fun to find out how many “U” they hide in all the design details!
Have fun and enjoy your stay there like me!
City Hub pods are an ingenious idea particularly for solo Travelers, backpackers or those that have simple needs. As I was travelling with my 16 year-old son we had to share a pod which meant it became quite squashed however super cool idea, very clean, very comfortable, fantastic facilities, friendly stuff And on a lively creative and buzzing street. My only complaint was that until around 2 am and from 8 am, I could hear people walking about on the floor above me which was really disturbing when I wanted a good night sleep. Would use a city hub again for slick service convenience and great facilities but not sharing one!
The station is just a few minutes walk away. There is an open kitchen and laundry facilities on each floor. The TV can only watch local channels, it would be great if it is a smart TV :)

The Location of the hotel is very good. It is located directly near Eendrachtsplein Metro Station. There are Terminals for check in which is convenient. You don't find a conventional reception as in other hotels (But still located directly next to the entrance door). The staff is very Helpful and Friendly. The rooms are neat and clean. The rooms at night are a bit loud as it is directly located on the crossroads/junction depending on the room allocated. Will definitely recommend it.
super nice location in centre of Rotterdam
reminder : not everyday cleaning house !
my room and toilet light is not on
,but i stay 7days 6nights ,no one come to fix it !
and if u want to parking car ,is so terrible, don't park in this hotel, stupid and old school function, u have to call receptionist to open the lift , then u park inside !
but the lift is always out of services ,
sometimes cannot open ,sometimes cannot close !
almost every time waste 30mins for parking !
We are very enjoy stay your hotel, staff is so kind & helpful. Room is excellent & comfortable. Everything is prefect. We will highly recommend my friend to stay here. Hope will be back soon.
The hotel is near rottherdam blaak train station. There is almost direct access from the exit. It only takes less than five minutes to walk to Cube House and Arch Market. It is very convenient and the rooms are of high standard.
This is tricky, it's a lovely building in a great location, or it would be without a building site next door starting work at 7 in the morning. If you fancy a coffee after 5, tough. Reception closes at 5 and there are no tea or coffee making facilities in the room.
And yet the staff are lovely and cappuccinos great before 5. It just feels incomplete
Its a small hostel with limited room facilities, tiny toilet, broken lift, and horrible shower. Room isn’t really clean, there are couple of students also live there and said they haven’t clean since they move there like 3 days earlier before me. So in total 5 days weren’t be cleaned. Staff is nice tho and central, close to station, 9 minutes walk. Basically rotterdam is a walkable city . I got room with view to the main street which beautiful but very loud.
Great location, just across the Rotterdam station. Room was okay, though not exactly a 5 star standard. More like a 4 star at best. Supermarkets are nearby but not much food options.

Ppjk kranendonkFriendly staff, great location, and a super breakfast. Unfortunately, the coffee machine in room 1708 wasn't working, the sink needs replacing, and the paint is peeling.
GGuest UserWe selected this hotel for its location close to the cruise port ( directly across the street). It’s an older hotel but great location and restaurant was great. Wish they had at least an iron or steamer along with a hair dryer.
Overall we would recommend. Elevator is small and stairs access the floors. A little tricky getting your luggage up the hotel entrance to the lobby. If you travel light it’s ok.
AAnonymous UserThe location of the hotel is excellent and it is generally clean. But I was quite surprised that they have no towels to provide on the second night. And every towel got hair in it which should not be expected.
GGuest UserWell located hotel with easy walking distance to all interesting attractions -Clean room and friendly staff
This accomodation once looked like it was very Grand in a type of New York 1950s style but a rejuvenation is maybe required in some areas of the hotel. This reflects the Rack rate per room.Would stay again if visiting this area of the Netherlands.
SSam the WeiDue to an error on the hotel's part, there was an overbooking and they have transferred me to the Novotel in Rotterdam. The hotel is slightly better in class, but it is a bit further away from the town centre. It worked out fine for me.
GGuest UserGreat location. Walkable from central train station if you don't mind walking a bit. I felt safe at night walking the relatively busy streets. The last little bit is quieter, which is perfect because it makes it very quiet to sleep at this hotel. The room was very clean and staff were friendly. Breakfast was good but not great. Plentiful though! And good coffee.
GGuest UserLocated in the heart of Rotterdam. Easy access to the central railway station. Plenty of eateries and C-store nearby. Tere is a shopping district within walking distance. Reasonable pricing. Most definitely my first choice for my next trip. At night, the streets downstairs are a little noisy but does not last till midnight.
JJESUSGreat location, great price for single room taking in consideration it was high season, because of the marathon. Not the best smell around the hotel, is very evident is an old one but yet room was fine and cozy.
Morning girl staff, very nice and attentive, the man at night not very friendly.
Overall a great stay, and definitely recommended. I would book it again.
GGuest UserLong wait just to check-in, there was merely one person working the front desk. . Friendly receptionist though. There were no choices except a room without a window. It is located in a dungeon-like, secluded part of the hotel building. The exhaust fan keeps running the entire time and becomes a nuisance at night. There is a stench inside the room and the corridoor was even worse. The world hydrogen summit and exhibition was in town and I ran out of options, otherwise, I would have chosen another premise.
