Top notch in every way from the decor and comfort of our room to the beautiful lounge bar, cafe and gourmet restaurant. All staff are very friendly and professional. There is a very strong attention to detail. Food and wine in the cafe are great, with a cosy atmosphere. The star of the show is, however, La Table. We loved our evening; meticulously prepared dishes, interesting drink pairings and excellent service, without pretension. We will be back!

Amazing place, beautiful chalet-style rooms. Location is fantastic. Gastronomic experience was excellent too. Service is second to none.
Only downside is the train track next to the hotel, but the noise is completely fine if you keep the window closed during the night.

Except for the sommelier, not very friendly staff. They think very highly of themselves. Instead they should be more client-friendly. Food correct, but not great. Maybe the reason why it was far from full while next door had no vacancy....

Wir durften ein Exquisites Nachtessen geniessen, das alle unsere Sinne verwöhnte. Die hervorragende Bewertung von 18 P ist noch untertrieben. Eine Wonne für das Auge und den Magen. Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam, äusserst freundlich und hatte mit mit unserem Mangel an französischer Sprache sehr viel Geduld. Die Übernachtung im Valrose Nr. 4 setzte dem Ganzen noch einen Stern drauf. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an Küche, Service und Empfang.

Tout était parfait du début à la fin: cadre cosy, personnel souriant, professionnel et aux petits soins et un repas de haute voltige où les aliments sont sublimés. Le chef donne la part belle aux produits locaux qui se marient à merveille avec les produits de la mer. On reviendra !

Dommage que l’hôtel se situe en bordure de voie ferrée et que les trains y circulent entre 5h et 23h30! Impossible d’ouvrir les fenêtres sans avoir l’impression qu’un train entre dans la chambre! Et pas de climatisation sauf un petit appareil mobile qui ne sert pas à grand chose…
