I can understand that the environment is poor in a small place. I have been running it for so many years and I can understand that the facilities are poor. What I can't stand the most is the woman at the front desk, ****, and she looks indifferent. I asked her when checking out the room, but she didn't answer her. When I handed her the room card when I checked out, she didn't answer her either. I have to look at your face when I spend money to stay in your house, right? It's really *****.
