Hotel itself is great value for money. The renovation design details, quality of accessories, and spacious are second to none. Besides, I like to thank the Front Desk and Room Services Department where I left in a hurry and left behind my pouch with Passport, ID, bank cards and cash behind. Grateful to the client centric and good staff discipline, they have retrieved all my items and courier back to me timely. Another great demonstrations of our honest Chinese culture and good hotel management frameworks. Many Thanks to you.

很好的酒店，衞生、服務好、房間新並整潔。早餐還可以，有中西兩式。20樓旋轉餐廳可以俯瞰全瑞金。有問題的是房間裏的水，刷牙漱口時似乎有股土味，但不嚴重，也許是個人感覺。推薦入住。

酒店很乾凈 硬件設施很完善 前台小姐姐也很可愛 會提前打電話詢問喜歡什麼樣的房間 然後調整 就是早餐跟大型連鎖五星酒店比還是稍微欠缺一些 但是肯定能吃飽

房間設施齊全，佈局新穎，寬敞實用，進門放置換鞋凳，這是極少酒店會有的，貼心！還送酸奶和小點心。早餐在20樓旋轉餐廳，晚上還有99元一位的自助晚餐，菜品豐富，性價比高。去景區也很近，都在幾公里車程內。

酒店值得誇讚的是電梯，基本不用等。酒店到紅井景區和葉坪景區都不遠，幾公里範圍，房間大，窗外視野也不錯，但是牆紙該換換了。趕上降温，酒店大堂沒暖氣，房間開了暖風很暖和。20樓早餐一般，也沒開暖風，有點冷。停車方便
