I discovered bed bugs in my bed and have to wait for the manager to come in to get a refund. No written documents could be given to me. Only a post-it note left for the manager. Totally unacceptable and the worker did not apologize or seemed to be concerned.

The staff was nice. The property was not what would be expected from a hotel. There was no hot water for 3 days and we were told that there were a lot of people staying there, so it was expected. The outlets in the bathroom did not work. The person at front desk said that they would have it looked at - That never happened. To get new towels we were required to bring dirty towels down to front desk. Very disappointed and will never stay there again. Not sure about the Extended Stay brand.

Customer services is awful, they dont even say hello hyd ... One day my rom key wasn't open my room , the lady there at the front desk dont even say good evening neither so rude, and the employees no even say good morning so serious not friendly at all , need to focus a little bit more on Customer service . But at least the room was very nice and clean .

The only thing positive about this property was its location and the parking.
They have mentioned ‘ breakfast included’ but the breakfast only had granula bars,muffins and coffee(Is it a breakfast).
The bathroom had cockroaches.
The reception staff was rude.

There's another hotel with the exact same name about 2 mins away. The reservation doesn't make that very clear and it is easily confused. Other visitors were making the same mistake we did. An actual address on the confirmation email would probably solve that.
The water in the room was not very warm at all and ran out very quickly.
The room was also incredibly dry, I woke up feeling like I had inhaled some sand. Anyone with a respiratory condition could have easily struggled.
There is nothing in the area within walking distance, so if you wanted to have a few drinks at dinner, you'd need to get a taxi.
All in all though it was clean and quiet and served a purpose of having somewhere to sleep after going to MetLife Stadium for a game. Wouldn't want to spend more than a night there though.

Hi! I was at an event and didn’t get to the hotel property until after 11:30pm. I was unaware that after 11:00 I couldn’t check in. However, I was still charged for the room and had to find another local hotel to spend the night

The room was very small and the way too hot , the moment we walked in there was a smell in the room. But putting on the air conditioner to cool the room down did not help. At night if u went to bathroom you can smell cigarette smoke .. through the vents. It would be great to open a window to get some air but it was double Paine glass.
The continental breakfast was muffins and packets of oatmeal. Tea and coffee.
I was just not expecting this .. the staff was nice but the room really was a disappointment.
We only slept and left right away

Some staff were very unfriendly and acted as if we were an inconvenience. Hallway needed to be vacuumed. Our room was clean.
We booked this thinking we could walk to the stadium. You can't walk to stadium or mall from here due to the interstate.

The hotel looks clean and the room was decent. Only complain is costumer service in the front desk, that lady was rude because we woke her up when we checked in? It was weird for me. 3 stars.
