Super clean & friendly

I used this facility to prepare for my university entrance exams. I was glad I was able to relax and enjoy my time there.

It was very clean and the service from the staff was excellent. They were kind and made an effort to help me. I feel like hotels tend to be more efficient and work-oriented these days, but it's been a while since I've seen such pleasant service. It was also close to the station and there were many restaurants nearby, so it was easy to get to for dinner.

The hotel and the rooms are very clean, the facilities are complete, the service is good, and the front desk can communicate in English. Convenient transportation is a big advantage. It takes only a few minutes to walk to the subway station. There are many restaurants on the road and in the subway station business district. It is worth recommending.

I used this hotel for the 2-day live concert at Nissan Stadium! I was tired after the concert and it felt far away, but... After arriving, there was a polite check-in service and a large public bath. I arrived after 10pm, so there were many restaurants nearby that were open, which was helpful. The room was also very clean! I was grateful that the unit bath was also clean. The price for two people in one room was very helpful, considering the train fare from far away. If I have a similar opportunity, I would use this hotel again.

It was very good. It is close to the station, and restaurants, convenience stores, Don Quijote, and shopping malls are also nearby, so everything is within walking distance. The large public bath is switched between men and women at different times, but there is also a sauna, so I was very satisfied. Due to circumstances, I had to go in and out many times in the middle of the night, but the woman at the night front desk was always happy to greet me with a smile and no complaints. I would like to use it again if I stay in the Hashimoto area. The only thing I was disappointed about was that there was no mirror in the room.
