The positive aspects of this hotel: the friendliness of the staff, the location and the free secure parking! Otherwise, the cleanliness of the room was terrible. Strong mold smell in the bathroom, the towels are impregnated with a strong cigarettes smell and they are of such poor quality. The mattress is such a thin layer of mousse that you feel the bumps of the spring. Honestly, it is of similar quality of a cheap motel and therefore 69 euros is too expensive for what you get! I have stayed in other Ibis budget properties and this one needs a serious check from management for the cleanliness standard.

Quelle horreur!!!! Des l’arrivée une façade qui fait peur… 1ere chambre attribuée dans un état lamentable avec matelas et alaise très sales avec taches de sang sur le matelas, auréoles divers et variées de couleurs multiples et très douteuses, salle de bain avec mauvaise odeur, tâches de sang et pipi les les murs, rideaux de douche pas hygiénique du tout, brosse à wc trempée dans un liquide rose mélangé aux restes des selles nettoyées préalablement… et ce malgré 4 changements de chambre!!! Quelle honte pour un si gros groupe d’accueillir ses clients de la sorte. Il existe tellement de petits moyens pour avoir une chambre propre et chaleureuse même à bas prix… Première et dernière fois pour nous chez IBIS! PS: merci au réceptionniste pour sa patience et sa gentillesse…

Tâches sur les draps, housses de couettes,... Les poussières n'en parlons pas car le personnel de doit pas connaître se mot ! Le chauffage n'en parlons pas non plus car quand ont rentre dans la chambre et qu'il fait casiment 27/30 degrés merci mais non merci !! Franchement même pour une nuit horrible!!!!
