Great location. Beautiful heritage building. Our suite was exceptionally clean and beautifully furnished. The little details made us feel special and did not go unnoticed. We will be telling our family and friends about this gem. Looking forward to staying at Chipman Hill Suites again!

Wonderfully appointed room in the heart of Saint John. The rooms are modern and would be excellent for longer stays as well (we only stayed one night). Beautiful historic building, appropriate furniture with all the modern amenities. Parking was simple and convenient. Great for a evening in the uptown.

The bed and the pillows are perfect! The location and everything it offers is amazing and very convenient! We are extremely please :) I travelled with my two children (10 and 16) and we all agreed this is so much more than a « place to sleep » it a home away from home :) Staff is extremely helpful and friendly !! Can’t Waite to return

Beautiful room, very clean, comfortable bed. Our only issue is to do with accesability, we are in agreement with a previous review regarding the entrance way stairs, we are in our 70s, and while we are still healthy enough to manage stairs, a hand rail would have come in handy, it was quite a struggle bringing up our bags,

The bed was the best I've ever slept in. I didn't want to get out. Great pillows too. The kitchen was a nice extra, especially when we needed a morning coffee and it was raining outside. The entrance steps are a bit steep, but our first floor room made in and out easier.

We have stayed in Saint John a few times prior to our most recent visit and our room at 1 Chipman Hill was by far the best yet. The property is centrally located within easy walking distance of most everything in the uptown/downtown area. We appreciated the easy entrance into the building and the room was excellent....spacious, clean, and although the room is located in a heritage building, the bathroom was updated while keeping with the historic look in the main room. Beds were comfy. Parking is easy to arrange and communications with the caretaker were clear and prompt. Mary Grace Nepomuceno was an excellent host. We will definitely stay at Chipman Hill Suites on our next visit.

Chipman Hill Suites are a beautiful historic property in the heart of Saint John. Vicky my housekeeper had my suite prepared to perfection. I had a wonderful experience with complete relaxation. I highly recommend this beautiful experience and will be back soon.

Rooms are fantastic! Clean and very comfortable. Staff made it very easy to check in and have very clear and easy to understand directions. Staff even aranged parking permits as Saint John does not have overnight parking. The buildings themselves are in a great location. I will stay again. Much better then a hotel!
