В отеле живут КЛОПЫ!!! Если вы останетесь на 1-2 ночи, то можете их не заметить, но мы с женой сняли номер на долгосрок в низкий сезон, и в процессе проживания обнаружили в постельном белье огромного клопа с кровью, и сообщили вахтеру. Нас перевели в другую комнату, но и там мы увидели через несколько дней клопа, затем слышали возгласы от женщины в соседней комнате, что она обнаружила клопа на кровати. Мы немедленно начали искать другое жилье, и выехали раньше срока, а залог и остаток средств даже по заявлению администрация отказалась возвращать, не говоря уже про извинения и моральный ущерб: судорожное перебирание каждой вещи на наличие клопов, испорченные вещи при стирке на 90 градусов для дезинфекции и нулевая гарантия, что мы выехали оттуда без клопов. Не тратьте деньги, время и нервы, лучше снимите другой отель. К вахтерам отеля претензий нет, все были милы и отнеслись с пониманием, но администрация в лице Оксаны Михайловна - хамы в высшей степени, мало того что даже не извинились, но и остаток средств за не прожитые дни не вернули, хотя мы не выехали бы раньше срока, если бы не обнаружили клопов.
