В этом году-Ужасно! Тараканы по всему корпусу бегают даже днём , раздавленые на стенах. Грязные окна, старая мебель, обтрепаны полотенца. Убирают только мусор из ведра. Спертый воздух на этажах и в номерах. Завтрак по цене отеля Азимут—в корпусе Фонтанка грязные кружки и скудный набор. Персонал хамоватый и совсем незаинтересованный. Такого раньше не было. Просто Шок! Руководство обратите внимание, сервис скатился ниже некуда! Вы теряете постоянных гостей.

Гостиничные номера бюджетные 2-ух местные- это просто отстой, в номере за время пребывания ни разу не пылесосили, ковры грязные в разводах, убирали только мусор из ведра, в номере нет вентилятора, фен не работает, из двух таршеров в одном лампочка отсутствует, холодильника -нет, у одной из кровати отсутствует подголовник (стенки), стены и потолок в следах от комаров, в номере очень много комаров, хотя окно закрыто, за время проживания боролись с комарами, которые не давали спать, на постельном белье кровати, была обнаружена маленькая гусеница(фото указано в низу как она выглядела) 3 ЗВЕЗДЫ ОТЕЛЬ НЕ ЗАСЛУЖИВАЕТ!!!! В ОБЩЕМ И ЦЕЛОМ ВСЕ ВЫГЛЯДИТ ДО ПОТОПНО!!!

Если хотите лишиться своих драгоценных вещей, то велком в этом отель. Из нашего номера были украдены дорогие духи. На все вопросы на ресепшене отвечают у нас никогда не было краж, а когда говоришь ну вот украли, нет духов в номере, просто разводят руками. Никак не помогают решить вопрос, говорят идите в полицию. В номере отсутствует холодильник, но зато есть сейф. Теперь понятно для чего. Просто отвратительно!!!!

По приезде в отель был выдан номер со сломанной кроватью, ужасные антисанитарные условия, ковролин в пятнах, неработающий сейф. В течение последних двух ночей нет возможности отдыхать, так как на наш этаж был заселен народный танцевальный коллектив, дети которого постоянно бегали, шумели, орали. Некоторые люди из соседних номеров делали им замечания, однако это не помогало. В последний день нашего отдыха они решили устроить репетицию в холле: топали, стучали каблуками, делали громкие возгласы. На нашу жалобу на ресепшен никто не отреагировал.
