Nice hotel, clean and comfy. Room is not big but enough for 1 person. The staffs are very polite and helpful. Overall is good.

價格便宜設施優秀，有自助早餐，前台妹子超級好看，唯一的缺點是洗衣服太貴，還有室內沒有飲水機，地理位置也好，距離莫斯科火車站就一公里，推薦聖彼得堡旅遊的來這裏入住！

I stayed here for four nights during our visit to the city. The staff speaks English, is very cordial and helpful. The rooms are a bit small but the ones facing the main road are better. Buffet breakfast was good, though lacked variety, as the menu was identical every day. Wifi is good, the lounge is great.

This past September I spent 10 days in Saint Petersburg, staying at the Hotel Vera. It was partially a business trip mixed in with a much needed get away. As per usual I was treated with the utmost hospitality and care. Various guidance and assistance, ranging from airline ticket changes to searching for the best taxi fare (and everything in between) was always provided by the highly professional and well natured staff and management of this hotel. The proximity to downtown St. Petersburg, along with various cheap, safe, and convenient public transportation options makes the Hotel Vera even more attractive. Great, nutritious, and tasty breakfasts, not to mention the gourmet dinner menu at “Stepnov” - hotel’s restaurant, added even more pleasure to my stay. In summary, great value and a great place. And very unique as well. Exquisite collection of the stained glass from the past century. Paintings of various artists. Intriguing atmosphere of the quintessential “old Petersburg’s” boutique hotel… This is my sixth stay at the Hotel Vera, and I definitely will be back.

The hotel Vera is a pleasant surprise to a solo or family travelers. Clean, comfortable, very friendly staff, excellent breakfasts, great menu in the restaurant, and perfect Central location! Minutes away from metro, train station, Nevsky prospect. Many shops around: grocery, shoes, clothes. Restaurants of great variety! Thank you, hotel Vera! Will come again next year.

The location is very very central and there is a bus stop right opposite the hotel. Hotel is very well maintained and clean, although rooms are little small. There's a 24x7 supermarket right opposite. The staff is very very courtious and helpful. They helped us to get our covid test done. I don't remember all names but Veronika from the front desk and Polina from restaurant/room service were very helpful and polite. Highly recommended stay in Saint Petersburg.
