Отель симпатичный -чистенько, уютно, номер маленький, но всё есть, халатик дали, средства личной гигиены хорошего качества дают, можно не брать с собой, завтрак не брала, вокруг куча мест куда пойти перекусить, разных и на разный достаток. В отеле есть маленький спортзал и спа зона с бассейном, достаточно уютная, для гостей отеля бесплатно до 11 утра, позже- тысяча рублей. Недостатки незначительные- не работал полотенцесушитель и батарея почти холодная, из-за этого не успела высушить вещи. В целом отель понравился и подошел для моих целей на сто процентов.

Один из самых приличных отелей, в которых я останавливался в Питере, причем не уже не один раз. Завтраки на высоте: разнообразные и вкусные - каша, сосиски, яйца, овощи, орехи, сухофрукты и пр. Включено посещение спа и спортзала. Номер тоже хороший, единственное, матрас немного жестковат, постельное белье хорошее.

Минусы: Отсутствие доброжелательности у части персонала на ресепшен. Персонал на ресепшен не знает, сколько в его отеле какого класса номеров. Попросили заселить в номер люкс , с планировкой, как на фото на сайте отеля, но персонал сказал, что все занято, хотя на тот момент номер был свободен, как оказалось позднее В ресторане на завтраке потребовали оплату за кашу для детей на воде вместо молока, хотя до этого подтверждали , что готовят обычно бесплатно, если завтрак оплачен вместе с номером, как это заведено во всех отелях…

Останавливались в данном отеле в мае с подругой. В целом отелем остались довольны. Отель находится в тихом районе. Сам отель очень красивый и стильный. Номер стандарт небольшой, но уютный. Качественная ежедневная уборка со сменой полотенец и халатов. Но были и минусы: пару дней из горячего крана в душе текла холодная вода. Попросили пару пустых бокалов в номер , на что нам сказали: "Ну вообще у нас это платно!!!" ))) Вы серьезно ? . Утюги грязные , почистите их пожалуйста. Испортила белую футболку. Ну и в день рождения даже не сделали никакого комплимента от отеля, даже испить шампанское свое не разрешили на веранде. Вобщем все хорошо, но отношение и сервис немного подкачали.

Этот отель оставил только лучшие впечатления. Мы останавливались на 4 ночи. Из плюсов: - хорошая локация в центре ; - абсолютно новый ремонт, идеально убрано и максимально все продумано в номере; - шторы black out, удобный матрас, отсутствие скрипов где-либо; - внимательный персонал на ресепшене. Все мои вопросы решались быстро. В частности, мне необходимо было забронировать столик в ресторане и девушка помогала выбрать подходящий вариант. - мы бронировали номер с завтраками и все 4 дня было разнообразное и вкусное меню; - за дополнительную плату нам предложили закрытый паркинг, что также было огромным плюсом; - до 12 часов дня можно посещать бассейн и сауну, чем мы каждое утро пользовались; Отель держит такой уровень сервиса, чистоты и клиентоориентированности, что я ставлю максимальный балл из возможных Единственный минус ( который мы озвучили) - нет москитных сеток на окнах и сами окна невозможно открыть. Было немного душно, а включать кондиционер лишний раз не хотелось. Тем более шли дожди, и на улице было свежо
