Проживали в этом отеле 2 ночи в сентябре 2023. Расположение отеля шикарное. Два шага и вы на дворцовой площади! один шаг-и вы на Невском! )) Сам отель находится на 3 этаже жилого дома. В подъезде стоит запах старой застройки. В самом отеле запаха нет. Мы жили в улучшенном номере, по размерам в нем можно жить) Туалетная комната напротив кровати, дверь в туалет зачем то со стеклом..все манипуляции видны снаружи..в туалет ведут несколько ступеней. Окно выходит на стену. Остальные номера очень маленькие. Буквально "шкаф Петра I". На этаже стоит кулер. Так же на этаже фен и утюг. Проживание для гостей без претензий.

Бронировала через Островок, описание номера и услуг не соответствует действительности. Техника в ужасном состоянии, утюг вообще не работает, администратор ничем помогать не желает, убеждая, что он в отличном рабочем состоянии, общается очень резко и рренебоежительно. Выдержала 3 дня из оплаченных 14, деньги не вернули, несмотря на то, что часть услуг не оказывается
