L'hôtesse d'accueil est bienveillante et professionnelle.
La chambre bénéficie d'un aménagement optimal et d'une literie confortable.
La chambre est silencieuse, correctement chauffée.
Le petit-déjeuner s'avère dans la moyenne des standards des franchises hôtelières.

Hôtel propre accueillant bien rénové. Chambre et lit très correctes, nous avons bien dormi. Le seul petit bémol, c’est la douche. Il n’y a pas beaucoup de pression et des odeurs d’humidité.
Nous retournerons volontiers dans cet établissement.

La moquette pleine de tâches, des blattes couraient un murs, le rideau de douche moisi en bas, les joints de carrelage moisi aussi, le lavabo fêlé.... Par le petit déjeuner était bien, un peu cher quand même... Voilà voilà...

Very basic room, which looks a bit worn. Beds are ok. Parking free on site. Good for an overnight stay but nothing more.

A very comfortable and welcoming stay in this hotel which is very conveniently situated and offers easy access to all major routes and eating places.The room is clean and spacious and the staff very friendly and keen to help.In all great value for money.

Bonjour, Je n'ai jamais vu un hôtel kyriad aussi sale. Entre l'énorme bestiole sur le lit à notre arrivée , les toilettes noires de crasse sans parler de l'odeur nauséabonde certainement due au manque d'entretien des canalisation, nous avons décidés de dormir habillés pour ne pas attraper une maladie ou nous faire piquer par je ne sais quelle insecte !! Pour ma part je me suis abstenu de prendre une douche. Nous avons pris la fuite des le lendemain matin. Cependant la dame de l'accueil était sympa (seul point positif).

Je suis venu pour un enterrement à Montluçon.
Je suis arrivé à 13h et j'ai demandé si je pouvais me reposer dans ma chambre. Refus sauf si je règle 15€ pour une heure.
J'ai été désagréablement surpris d'une telle proposition. Je voyage beaucoup, je n irais plus dans un hotel de la chine KYRIAD, c'est dommage. J'en parlerais autour de moi..
