Reservation was made and confirmed on ********** but when the guest arrived, the lady at reception insisted there was no room booked and none available. She was very rude and sent the guest away.

Decent establishment but not enough supplies in the room for the price, too basic. Not enough bath towels, no hand soap, no hair dryer, not enough pillows to be comfortable, no tissues, only 1 small trash can. Breakfast ok but arrived at 9:45 a.m. and finished at 10:30 a.m. and there was almost nothing left. I asked for a refill otherwise it wasn't worth paying and I was told "you had to come and eat earlier"! The lady finally did what was necessary but it was an astonishing remark towards customers and we had to wait 20 minutes to get pastries

Apart from the welcome everything went well if this gentleman does not know what is not only being friendly or asking him for information instead of watching TV he would be better off taking care of the customers fortunately in this hotel there is as these 2 very friendly girls at the reception would make it better for him to change jobs

Good value for money. Soundproofing of exceptional carpentry. Quite comfortable bedding. Too bad the air conditioning is a little too noisy.

Hotel still new and ok, room very small but also ok, hotel is more like a motel, breakfast good, location rather out of the way, only recommended with a car
