I booked 4N5D for my parents who came to visit us in Saipan.
The location is fantastic. It's a beachfront hotel located in Garapan where most shops and restaurants are.
They could stroll on the beach in the mornings and could go out shopping/dining on foot whenever they felt like doing so.
The room was clean, and they especially liked the "openness" of the ground floor (minimum walls & a lot of open space so they could see the beach and feel the breeze).

Hotels are no consideration with the unforeseen circumstances I had, never even thought of giving me consideration to modify my booking since I am unable to travel to the said date due to my unforeseen situation with my family member’s illness. Hotels are only cares about money.

服務非常好，帶娃的在酒店自己海灘和泳池就能玩兒一天，免費借浴巾，救生衣，浮潛或游泳用具。
設施簡約但乾淨整潔，人性化，與酒店品牌和價格相符。
早餐不錯，能吃飽。
週一三五晚有室外當地風情歌舞+自助餐。

1.位置:
地處市中心，購物吃飯都很方便，有私家海灘。
2.環境衞生
酒店大廳接待處比較簡約，沒有國際各個地方的時間標識，但是給人的感覺簡單明瞭，不拖沓。往裡走就是長廊，寬敞明亮。
房間很乾凈，每個房間都有陽台，衞生沒有可挑剔之處。房間設施齊全，雖是星級酒店但是為了環保不提供一次性牙刷和牙膏，親們提前自帶哦！
3.服務
辦理入住的前台好像是個小領班，態度非常好，因為我們英語不太好，很耐心的給講解溝通，還有各種提醒的小貼士，聽不太明白的還用筆給寫下具體時間和費用情況。果斷給了5美元消小費。
酒店裡各個崗位的工作人員都很熱情，泳池邊的救生小哥哥，幽默風趣會簡單韓語，愛和小朋友玩，語言都不是問題。
4.設施
酒店餐廳、小童攀爬樂園，小童室內遊樂園，游泳池，水上樂園，健身房，超市，酒吧，簡單浮潛設備
基本遊玩需要的都能滿足。
店內很多隨處可坐可躺的休息區域，即使我們零點的飛機也不用延遲退房，外面公共區域休息區都能滿足了。
5.入住體驗感非常好。
早晨的清爽明亮，傍晚晚霞的安逸，絕絕子。
拍照出片，可惜我們家的攝影師不給力。
6.餐食。個人感覺一般稍上一點點。畢竟價格不低，但是種類一般，味道我也覺得沒那麼完美，可能我嘴太挑剔。

回定了，感覺是塞班性價比最高的酒店。位置很好，步行就可以到市中心，吃飯購物都可以解決。旁邊就是國家紀念公園，散步的好去處。酒店環境很好，有小童游泳池、小童樂園，孩子在酒店玩個二三天不成問題。酒店自助餐性價比超高，外面單點的餐廳兩大一小簡單餬口也要七八十刀，這裏酒店客人大人40，酒店客人午餐75折，晚餐85折。孩子20。不要太合適！特別推薦！

這次去塞班，體驗了皇冠、凱悦和肯辛頓三個酒店，為自己，也為大家探探路，皇冠的優勢是早餐不錯，麥克海灘皇冠分灘比隔壁凱悦分灘更大氣一些，服務人員態度很好，選的都是海景房但是給安排得低樓層，可能是因為是華人的緣故

酒店位置很好 就在downtown周圍吃飯和超市都很方便，皇冠假日 一貫高水準。唯一感覺需要改善的就是 沙灘上可供遊玩設施比較少 大部分需要自費，而且沒有救生員。
