對酒店設施和服務都很滿意。
提前到達，先寄存行李，領取了房間鑰匙。傍晚回酒店時，行李已放進房間。
房間很潔凈：床品很舒適，衞生間設施嶄新潔凈，
有暖心小餅乾、現烤小鬆糕，有（暖風）空調；洗浴用品100%純天然原料製作；早餐豐盛可口；緊鄰火車站，出行方便。窗外有火車經過，但隔音較好，且晚上火車停開，沒受影響。

Continental breakfast only, which is limited, but high quality.
Comfortable seats with marble tables and a very busy decor creates an interesting and welcoming vibe.
The rooms are small but perfectly formed and the beds comfortable.
Great for singletons and couples.
Would re-visit.

Nice staff(s) when checked in.
However, the air-conditioner was malfunction that the room was quite cold (outdoor temperature was minus 2 degree).
After numerous checking and resetting, they gave us a portable fan heater for substitution in order to suffering the cold night. Moreover, the sprinkler head shower was also not in good condition that I couldn’t enjoy showering after a tired city walking.

Very clean and cosy, the staff were very friendly. Breakfast was great. Location good, parking nearby and short walk to the town centre.
