The hotel is in the process of renovation and so it was really noise and inconvenience. The breakfast was cold and coffee was cold as well. I know there’s a microwave where I could’ve warmed my coffee, but why should I have too. The shuttle driver was very late and the kind front desk lady with the big cool glasses kept calling for the shuttle person. She ended up radioing another hotel to find the driver. He finally showed up. Anyhow my reservation was for a King bed I ended up with a Queen 2 bed. It was a nightmare. Anyhow the front desk reception Mel was very professional, sweet, kind, and very helpful. She was very supportive and listened to me complaining about my morning and how my flight was delayed. She told me to think positive and to know everything will be ok and I will get back to my family soon. She bid me farewell and told me to have a fanatic day. I left the hotel feeling like I can conquer anything I put my mind too, because of her. Thank you Mel for being that person to lift me up that morning.

We stayed here for a quick overnight trip. My husband has a lot of Bonvoy points and we usually get water when we arrive as well as a room upgrade. We got none of those. And I don't think they were that busy. They are remodeling and there was a LOT of noise above us during the day. Breakfast was ok. Plain yogurt would be nice. There was a nice attendant keeping an eye on things. We used the airport shuttle which was handy.

Really easy to like this place. It’s clean, it’s professional, the staff is helpful. They put out cookies and waters, the TV has all the streaming services, and it’s really easy to get to and from the airport. I had to dock a star because the surrounding area isn’t great, but that’s not abnormal for being this close to the airport. They also had a lot of construction when I was there, but I think it’s almost done. All in all, I’d definitely stay here again.

Checked in for a stay with Park and Fly stay. Was told our car would be at a different hotel because they are resurfacing the entire parking lot. I’ve had this reservation since early February. Also rate was $7.00 when I booked not it’s $10.00. I understand that they are going to start the remodel on the inside but I should have been contacted about the situation. The front desk Lady as wonderful!

Amy Peterson, the General Manager and the staff are great. The breakfast lady (Sherrie) does a great job and is very helpful and friendly to the guests. There's plenty of guest parking spaces. They also have a great hot chocolate bar in the lobby for guests and their kids, with different toppings, marshmallows and whipped cream.
