Holiday Inn Express Anaheim West Reviews

Very clean! Not too far from Disneyland and we were able to find parking both days which is a must for me. My only issues were when checking in, the man that helped me was extremely kind but the woman on the counter next to him was very rude and took my ID away from him and stared at it and then at me very accusatory. I don’t know if she thought it was fake or what but it was awkward and very rude. My other issue was that when we came down for breakfast around 8:30 (breakfast ends at 9:30) they were almost completely out of food (all that was left was some potatoes, cereal, and oatmeal) and when we asked the kitchen staff if they were going to restock it we were rudely ignored until finally she said what they put out already was all that they were going to for the day. Overall the location and the room were pretty great it was just some of the staff that ruined it a little. (Except for the man who checked us in, he was very kind!). Not a terrible experience but if I’m paying this much I would expect better service.

Seeing that we are Asians, they randomly arranged a room with an ice machine and elevator at the door. The ice machine is on the left and the elevator is on the right, just one meter away, and there are obviously many empty rooms. It was arranged by the squinting receptionist. I suggest you avoid this receptionist. And the hotel room is full of flying insects and is super dirty.

The Holiday Inn is in a good location with convenient surroundings and offers good value for money in the greater Los Angeles area. The public area facilities are average, the rooms have been renovated and are relatively clean, but the breakfast selection is not very extensive.

The room was not cleaned, the noise was quite loud, the breakfast was too low, there were few varieties, it was just a simple American breakfast bar, there was only one outdoor swimming pool, it was not heated, and parking was free.

The room was spacious, the breakfast included hot items like meatloaf, and parking was convenient, which was very nice. The only problem was that our room was close to the main road, which was very noisy at night, especially with the roar of motorcycles passing by...

Very nice hotel. Overall, it is one of the better ones I have stayed in. I like the breakfast very much. There is coffee available 24 hours a day. I think it is really great. I will choose this place next time.

The location is very good, very close to Disney. The surrounding environment is also good, with complete facilities and good hygiene. It's a pity that I went downstairs at 10 o'clock and didn't have breakfast. The breakfast time is 6:30 to 9:30.

The hotel is average! It's old, and the outside hygiene is not good. There is a pile of garbage next to each trash can! The door of one of the two rooms was open when I arrived, and I felt I didn't dare to stay there. The other room was not cleaned at all!

The hotel is OK, just make do with it, especially don't expect much from the breakfast, the breakfast in American hotels is simply enough to make our Chinese stomachs scrap, it's like crying to death
