A fantastic hotel with wonderful staff. Very well run and managed. Half board was six courses and brilliant. Great wine. Superb spa. The ski area is huge and great snow. This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in. I would highly recommend this place.

Incredible hotel with most friendly and welcoming staff. The rooms are beautifully decorated and recently refurbished. The restaurants are all amazing with superb choice and a Michelin star chef. The spa facilities are also excellent with many options for treatments. They offer a shuttle service to the lift and it is possible to ski back to the hotel. They have a ski shop with top class skis and boots for hire that are delivered to the hotel for your convenience. We have been visiting for many years and are welcomed back like we are family. Highly recommend!!

The newly refurbished Hotel Chasa Montana is stylish and sophisticated but has not lost it's warmth and charm. We return every year because of the family feel in the hotel created by Daniel, Carina and their staff who welcome guests with genuine enthusiasm. The recently refurbished rooms and suites are warm, comfortable and classy with luxurious bathrooms. You absolutely must book the half board option as the food is exceptional with choices for every taste and a Michelin star chef! There is also a cigar bar for those who smoke so no need to stand outside. The spa facilities and pool area are a wonderful place to relax after skiing and you can book a treatment too. I would highly recommend the MBR facial which was incredibly relaxing and I could really see the difference in my skin immediately. You can also rent excellent quality skis and boots at the family Zegg shop and they are delivered to the heated boot room under the hotel for your convenience. They have simply thought of everything!!

We spent last week at the Chasa Montana enjoying a family skiing holiday. From the moment we arrived the staff were very friendly and attentive. The hotel is following all Covid recommendations and we all felt very Covid ‘safe’. Rooms were lovely, very clean and comfortable. Restaurants and bars were also great and the food was fantastic. The shuttle service between the gondola and the hotel is fantastically organised and runs constantly. We would definitely recommend the Chasa Montana and definitely plan on visiting again. Thank you 🤩

It was a amazing experience. Very professional, clean and wonderful facilities. The restaurant was wonderful with many tasty specialities. For sure we will come back to this hotel that is located in a beautiful place of Switzerland. Congratulations for everything.

Staff very efficient and friendly, remembering our names and always inquiring if they can be of service. The rooms are rather small but comfortable. Breakfast excellent, especially staff - stopped to chat as well as getting their job done. We were guests for a 70th birthday, booked La Miranda, 1 Michelin*, table for 4 people. No decoration on the table, service unusually inattentive, not even returning to ask if we would like additional drinks or if everything was fine. Not a pleasant experience, pity for the guest of honor.

The hotel is very modern, with excellent SPA facilities and great restaurants. Staff were very helpful and always willing to go above and beyond to ensure our needs were exceeded. We will definitely be returning for either the Mountain Biking or Skiing opportunities in the area. Excellent food in La Miranda restaurant.

Von A-Z perfekt. Hier kann man sich Erholen und eine aussergewöhnliche Gastfreundschaft geniessen. Das Angebot ist für Wellness Liebhaber vielseitig, der Shuttle Bus bringt einem in die wunderbare Bergwelt zum Skifahren, die Zimmer bieten ein herrliches Ambiente und die Restaurants laden zum Verweilen ein. Heerlijk gegeten. Met drie jonge kinderen is echt lekker eten vaak lastig maar hier bestaat het menu uit een combinatie van pizza’s en een heleboel andere hoofdgerechten. Saltimbocca met risotto. Het was heerlijk. Voorgerecht garnalen tempura en een heerlijke carpacio (Home made met de pesto erin gedraaid). En een heerlijke buffelmoza. Pizza’s waren ook voortreffelijk.
