My stay at [Hotel Name] was nothing short of a nightmare. To begin with, upon arrival at the reserved check-in time, I was informed that my room was not ready. Despite booking in advance and adhering to their designated check-in time, the hotel failed to have my room prepared, leaving me stranded in the lobby with no explanation or apology.
As if that wasn't bad enough, when I finally received keys to a room, it turned out to be occupied by another guest. Walking into a room already occupied by someone else was not only shocking but also a severe breach of privacy and security. It's beyond belief that such a basic mistake could occur, highlighting the utter incompetence of the staff.
Even after bringing these issues to the attention of the hotel manager, the problems persisted. While they acknowledged the mistakes, they made no effort to rectify the situation until I had to repeatedly remind them of the issues. It's clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority at [Hotel Name], and I would strongly caution against staying there unless you enjoy chaos, incompetence, and breaches of privacy.
