Just back from a wonderful stay at this camp site, we stayed in a safari tent for one week and it had everything needed, I have to say I always check mattresses and they are spotless and fresh towels on arrival which saves on luggage when flying. The pool and view was just amazing. We didn't avail of the kids club (spotty club) but noticed they even had gardening classes! All in all a wonderful stay just wish I could go back! 🇮🇹

The site is beautiful with amazing views of Lake Garda. The pool area is very clean and has lots of activities to entertain children of a variety of ages. The accommodation was very clean, our rep (Karen) was lovely. She was very welcoming, very knowledgable about the local area and offered great tips on places to visit/ eat etc. The restaurant/ bar on site was reasonably priced and the little ones really enjoyed the night time entertainment. All in all a very good site with lots to offer. We really enjoyed our family holiday here and would highly recommend to others.

Lovely site. Stayed with seven adults and two children end of September. Great facilities but would recommend a car as taxis are scarce. We still managed to get ferries etc mainly from Portese which is around 20 minutes walk, but a very steep hill coming back. Shop could have sold more provisions and without a car the Supermarket is a long walk. But saying that it is manageable. Saying all that we had a great time . Salo is also walkable even for my husband and I in our sixties

we went to this campsite with a motorhome and stayed on pitch 199 that is one of the lake view pitches, the view was fantastic but that was the only good thing I can say. The site has a quiet time from 11 pm at night but all night the pool air conditioning unit was tripping in and out with a bang, keeping us awake. There was a rat running round the pitch most days. We had a meal in the restaurant, we both had Lasagne as we were in Italy. The food looked and tasted like a microwave meal. Mine was cold in the middle and had to be reheated! I mentioned this to the manager and he was not at all interested and said most customers like our food. Expensive site for a poor experience. Complained on their feedback form but never heard anything back so be careful they are not interested in customer feedback even though they seed a feedback form out. We will not be coming back again

Firstly this campsite has the most amazing views, from the pool and the restaurant, it was impossible to get a photograph which fully captured it. We have two children 4 and 6 and they absolutely loved the animation team. The daytime activities are fairly in low key in comparison to large resort, such as crafting and gardening but we loved this as it atmosphere was calm and the children were not over stimulated. The nightly disco was great, most of the entertainment finished at 8 - 9 pm and then the restaurant / bar went very quite. The animation programme is definitely more suited to younger children. We were extremely lucky with the whether we travelled late September and it was hot everyday and we had no rain so spent most days round the pool - loads of sunloungers, pool is a bit cold but our kids didn't mind and there are Jacuzzis which are warm. If you decide not to hire a car, be prepared to walk everywhere, this is the only thing we struggled with. it took us about 45/50 minutes in the heat to walk to Salo with our two children. The nearest supermarket off site is a good 20 - 30 minute walk, which doesn't sound far but again in the heat carrying bags is difficult. We thought it was be easy to get taxis but this was not the case. We tried to ask reception to call us taxis to get to the supermarket on a couple of occasions but there were none available. I think if the resort ran a daily shuttle bus to Salo this would be perfect, Salo is lovely but we only went once because of the hassle to get there and back. The nearest port is in Portese and this was a 40 minute walk for us ( with small kids ) and you can get the ferry to other areas of the lake, we went to Bardolino for the wine festival! We stayed in a Safari Tent which we loved, it felt rustic but well equipped, we had a BBQ on a couple of occasions. It can be very noisy first thing in the morning, around 7 am lots of the families are getting up and the tent provides no noise insulation. Our friends were staying in a cabin and they weren't woken by the noise. All in all we had the best holiday and made some amazing memories

Site is immaculate and it’s very quiet, which given the number of lodges & pitches is fantastic. Pool is nice, limited sun loungers. You can access the lake from a jetty, but that’s about a 15 min walk down a very steep hill (you have to climb it coming back up) - there’s no foreshore/anywhere to sit. On site restaurant/bar is ok, the shop is (as you’d expect) very expensive. There are on site washing machines (€5 a load) The kids club seems popular, with lots of activities for those under 10. Wifi is hit & miss. Communal facilities are very clean. We stayed in a Moda lodge, which is owned by Select (not the company who own/run the site) Very clean, lots of equipment . Remember to book linen packs if you’re not bringing your own. Not entirely sure how you’d cope with more than 4 people (2 adults, 2kids) in the accommodation, which is what we had ,as it’s a squish. It’s advertised to sleep 6- good luck with that. Very compact is an understatement with a lack of storage space for luggage/clothes & you have to squeeze round tables/beds/each other to manoeuvre round the inside. You definitely need a car if staying here if you don’t have bikes , or if mobility is an issue for you. The weather wasn’t kind to us, we only had 4 days out of the week without rain, so the ability to get out & about in the car was a bonus. The ferries that cross cross the lower & upper lake seem a great idea until you work out the times - very limited time in the different towns/villages(so you can’t do a lot in one day), so again having a car is a bonus. Salo is very pretty and walkable (down the steep hill) & there are lots of restaurants, bars, cafes dotted about. Not sure we’d book this type of accommodation/location again - it’s very much suited to those with kids under 10.

We stayed for a week in early August in two of the Eurocamp villas. This is a beautiful park, really well kept with amazing views over the lake. This is a really family friendly resort, with lots of activities and evening entertainment aimed at kids. The entertainment was really good, we saw a brilliant version of Aladdin! Being family friendly, they’re are obviously lots of families and children around, but this makes this a really relaxed, safe, and friendly camp. For the best views we’d highly recommend a meal in the camp restaurant, the views are excellent and food is lovely! The pool area is a real highlight, a little more seating would be helpful, but it’s a nice area that caters for all. All the staff on site are really helpful, particularly the reception team. The croissants at the little shop are a lovely way to start the day! We stayed in Eurocamp accommodation, and they really were helpful in arranging two villas next to each other. The villas are quite simple but clean and well equipped. Overall we had an amazing first trip to Lake Garda and would definitely come back!

I’ll start with what was good - facilities, amazing views, nice pitches and good food choice plus easy walk to the dock for the boat around the lake. Sadly though there were some issues - it says family friendly but what it should say is totally child dominated. Kids karaoke in the restaurant so the evening meal with view was “interesting”, and the play area was not shut at night - you would not tolerate adults screaming at 11.30pm but apparently it is OK for kids to. For the price it was too much of a drawback
