Amazing place, amazing a**osphere, amazing view, amazing staff, amazing breakfast, amazing pool Everything was special. The owner has a lovely dog which will make you smile all day long The place itself is small and boutique, which makes it a unique experience and place to be

Very friendly staff, very nice sweety breakfast, beautifull Tuscany view, quite area, clean room and very nice villa. We feel As we are now in old times in Tuscany. This is a nice villa. We recommend this villa that it is very close to San Gimiano.

La villa si trova poco fuori San Gimignano, bellissimo posto rilassante e il panorama non manca la piscina ottima e pulita,la camera pulita e I servizi eccellenti colazione abbondante e il personale preciso e cordiale. Grazie per l'ospitalità ritornerò presto.

Ho passato una notte in questa meravigliosa villa poco fuori dal centro di San Gimignano. La potrei definire un oasi magica dove ricaricare le batterie..... La colazione è abbondante e servita in un simpatico cestino di vimini....la pulizia dell'appartamento eccellente,la piscina spettacolare e la cortesia del personale altrettanto. Tornerò presto... grazie mille per tutto.

O quarto era simples, mas com uma decoração rústica e aconchegante, e foi bem fiel ao que mostrava no ***********, onde fiz a reserva. Eu já sabia que era um quarto pequeno, mas escolhemos esta pousada pensando em curtir a beleza dos arredores da propriedade, e isso superou as nossas expectativas: a área externa era lindíssima e a área da piscina muito bem cuidada! Passamos parte da tarde deitados nas espreguiçadeiras da piscina só curtindo a natureza exuberante dos arredores da propriedade, apesar do frio que apareceu (mas a tarde ensolarada foi incrivelmente bem-vinda e tornou tudo perfeito)! E o proprietário Roberto é incrivelmente simpático e receptivo, e não mediu esforços para nos fazer curtir cada momento. Foi tudo sensacional. O café da manhã que tivemos foi simplesmente delicioso curtindo aquele visual maravilhoso na mesa que ficava em frente ao nosso quarto, e o dia lindo favoreceu esta lembrança que ficará pra sempre em nossos corações!! Fica a uns 5 minutos de carro do centro histórico de San Gimignano, perfeito.

Accoglienza famigliare, vista spettacolare camere pulite colazione fantastica quindi da non perdere almeno una volta nella vita relax natura. Nonostante ci fosse stato brutto tempo il posto ci ha lasciato un immagine di cartolina in testa. Aspettateci torneremo

Location immersa nelle bellissime campagne del Chianti. La piscina affaccia sulle splendide vigne di San Gimignano ed è baciata dal sole fino a tardo pomeriggio. Le camere sono arredate con gusto e la pulizia di interni ed esterni è impeccabile, oltre al set di cortesia completo che abbiamo apprezzato (phone tradizionale, teli piscina, bollitore in camera…). Colazione varia abbondante e servita in uno splendido cestino, che fa apprezzare ancor di più l’esperienza. Roberto e la signora sono stati gentilissimi. Abbiamo adorato la compagnia della cagnolina.

Luogo incantevole con piscina a sfioro fantasica, vista su uliveti e vigneti che degradano in una valle sotto la villa, tutto curato nei minimi dettagli, la si raggiunge dalla strada principale con una strada bianca che anche una formula uno potrebbe fare tanto è tenuta bene. Colazione con tavoli nel giardino o sotto la veranda, silenzio e pace...l'unica cosa che manca...è la voglia di tornare a casa. Roberto e sua moglie gentilissimi, Roberto sempre in loco e super disponibile a dispensare consigli su cosa vedere o mangiare. Siamo stati talmente male che siamo tornati ancora a distanza di un mese con nostra nipote.
