Great location, the staff was very nice and helpful. Rooms were clean, however the window in our room faced the rooftop patio and with the lights on you could see in our room. Other than that I would stay here again.

To. Many. Stairs to. Check in 30. Streets. Blocked had to. Walk 20 minutes with. Luggage then climbed all the stairs Air conditioner not working Room got. Flooded Couldn’t sleep well at all No Bell men to help with. Luggage had to. Leave the car 10. Blocks

The stairs at the entrance of the property are terrible and steep. The room I booked didn’t look anything like the images but when I asked the staff to change rooms, they gladly helped me and gave me a room that was amazing with a balcony to the parish which was a great upgrade.

It is right across from the church and in front of the main plaza, expect lots of noise, the hotel rooms are not soundproof, bring good quality silicone earplugs if you want to sleep, and make sure your room has a functioning AC. The staff was helpful and I felt safe.

The property needs maintenance, one of the rooms had a broken a/c, our door got stuck and the key stopped working, bathroom had a bad smell
