You can only get the view...other than that. Going back and forth is very difficult. You only have to call a taxi.

This is a beautiful location and property. The photos are all accurate and the staff are lovely and very accommodating. The bath is so nice to relax in and the view is spectacular. The bed is pretty firm (seems common in Vietnam). I would stay here again. A few hints: - It is 4km from town. This doesn’t seem very far but the road is in terrible condition and often busy. It can take between 10-20 mins to get into town in a taxi depending on the time of day and costs approx 150-200VND. I’d highly recommend using motorbike/scooter transport. You could walk too, it would probably take an hour and steep in parts with some parts better for walking than others. - Being out of town it is very beautiful and quiet - depending on the other guests. We had a group come in on our last night and they were very loud until 3am - taking some of the serenity away. - We travelled in off season and while this is not meant in a negative way there are a few things which would have been nice to know. For the nights there weren’t many guests an ala carte breakfast was served instead of a buffet. It was also hard to find staff in the afternoon/evening. We were hoping to get dinner and a drink but the lights were off in the restaurant and we had to search the property for staff. They were accommodating and gave us the option for some room service. As you’re not close to any restaurants or cafes, this isn’t overly helpful when you’re looking for food, especially if you just want to enjoy being in their beautiful property and not go into town. I assume it would be different when it’s busier. No mini bar

We absolutely loved staying at Sin Chai Eco Lodge! The setting was beautiful and peaceful, the service was great, and the rooms were very comfortable and spacious. Definitely recommend staying here in Sapa!

This hotel is an amazing place to stay. Relaxing, stunning views, and quiet area. The room is clean and the pool is nice (It fits well with the environment around it). The staff are friendly especially a woman at the front desk. What I was disappointed with was waiting for my food for a long time (I’m starving). I know they were really busy with a big group but they should know that there’s only a table with two of us at that time. They just let us wait until everything was finished with the big group. which took 3 hours. However, overall I would highly recommend this hotel as a place to stay.

Its 4km from city center, we could get here by taxi. The staffs were very nice, my room faced to the mountain whichs very nice. I love Pho when they served breakfast, good taste. The onlything should be considered: No TV in room. So there was no entertainment at night time.

Brilliant location outside the crazy town of Sa Pa itself. Stunning views and walks through rice fields on your doorstep. The staff wants to make you at home and they succeeded in that! Their environmental approach is genuine and shows in all aspects they do. Sin Chai Ecologde is great place to go. After visiting Sa Pa town for one evening, we were soooo glaaad that we didn't stay there in the centre. In comparison it is expensive and very (Vietnamese) touristy, which wasn't our taste.

This charming hotel is located a few kilometers from Sapa, in a quiet location. The path to get there is really, really bad. But once there you will not be disappointed. The rooms are spacious and very well decorated with a superb view of the valley. All the staff are welcoming. From the hotel you can take a walk to see the village. And go meet the locals.

We had the chance to spend 2 nights in this beautiful hotel very close to Sapa. It is ideally located just minutes from Cat Cat Village. The room is spacious, clean and offers a panoramic view of the rice fields. The staff is very attentive and will give you very good advice on how to visit the region. The breakfast is varied and very good.

It is a beautiful hotel, the facilities, the rooms with everything you need and spectacular views of the mountains, the pool is pleasant and the staff very helpful. Qui is a very kind person and helped us with everything we needed during our stay. The people at the hotel help you rent a motorcycle, they help you get a taxi to go to the center, it is 10 minutes away but the peace and tranquility you feel there is worth going away a little. Super recommended!

It's not very far from downtown Sapa, but it was nice to feel the quiet atmosphere. Some of the staff were friendly and spoke good English, so I had no problems. There is nothing in front of the terrace, so the view is really nice and private. I've been to other resorts in Sapa, but they usually have something in front of them. I don't think I'll ever forget the falling stars and the sound of frogs I saw on the terrace in the evening❤️

A truly pristine place of Sapa is completely different from the town center, going to Sapa without going to this place is too unfortunate. Moreover, the food is extremely diverse in the morning, lunch and dinner including hot pot buffet and many other dishes.

Sin Chai Eco is a great place to relax with your family. The spacious and airy space is very suitable for children to play and explore nature! Very impressed with the resort's restaurant area with beautiful mountains and terraced fields! Delicious food rich in mountain flavors!
