房東很熱情，很好溝通！提前會發民宿定位，很好找到，而且附近就是沃爾瑪和火鍋店很方便，街邊小吃也很多！總體來説，真的很不錯！最主要的是民宿特別特別乾淨！房間沒有異味！而且毛巾浴巾都是一次性的！對比其他家真的特別乾淨！而且房間裏冰箱啥的都有，設施也比較齊全，簡直就是寶藏民宿！非常推薦！總之一個字沖！

位置離附近的商業圈挺近的，房間很大很整潔！！投影儀非常清晰！！房東也很熱情！！

入住體驗: 民宿在一個全新的小區 地面乾淨 小區整體環境還不錯。 進房間第一眼就是乾淨 各個角落打掃的比較到位 。該有的設施基本齊全而且比較新 不存在明顯的使用痕跡 二樓的床也很乾凈
交通出行: 離燕郊站打車十五分鐘 打車去防災 華科 燕理基本上都是十分鐘左右 都比較方便 樓下有商圈和沃爾瑪 旁邊周圍也有小吃街和商店便利店
性價比:性價比高 適合學生週末旅遊聚會
房東:回覆及時 人也不錯 解決問題及時 騷話比較多 閑着沒事還提供閑聊服務
