Service is less than zero. Very rude receptionists, reported problems were not resolved nor did they apologize for the inconvenience. We haven't seen a smile in those few days. A lady from the group had some personal belongings stolen or thrown away while cleaning the room. The hotel is relatively tidy, the rooms are comfortable, and the breakfast is plentiful. But the behavior of the staff ruins any positive impression.

There was only one English Channel on the TV. The view was not that great. Easy to get onto public transit nearby. The staff were eager to help us with any questions we had. The neighbourhood did not have that much around it. The cleaning staff made our bed everyday which was also nice.

we were very delayed but late check in was no problem.

rooms as pictures & clean but could do with a refresh
& I know this is an English thing but no kettle in the room.
Fridge stocked with drinks.
it is a 20 min walk to the railway station , trains are frequent but it is a 30 min journey to La Rambala
the area is commercial but not too busy with Burger King and Aldi on the doorstep.
