Excellent location, in a beautiful residential neighborhood, with easy access to a large shopping center and all amenities within walking distance. The reception staff was very friendly, especially Pol and Alba, who helped us with all our needs. The Junior Suite is very comfortable, with high-quality beds and mattresses, and the dining and living area are excellent. The hotel has a small gym, which was sufficient for us, a spa (only some rooms have access), and a beautiful outdoor pool. We had an issue with the city tax being doubled (we paid it through the app and the hotel also charged us), which was resolved. And small

Very good, comfortable room, large bathroom. There are two spaces for bathing, a bathtub and a shower. The curtains in the room can block out light well and the sound insulation is also good.

Overall a great hotel, some staff at breakfast are here but definitely not enjoying working there, found 2 hairs once we checked In in the bathtub. The pool are is nice though and breakfast very good

Pro: within walking distance from Metro L3 line (13 mins), as well as train station Sants Barcelona (12 mins), free swimming pool usage, close to a shopping mall. Cool air-con.
Cons: Central conditioning, lots of hotel guests smoke cigarettes or vaping in room, which means if you're a non-smoker, you have to endure that throughout the stay.
The worst part is the service of the hotel. Even though my booking obviously states that city tax has been paid during booking, and Trip.com also confirmed again by email and calling the hotel saying city tax has been paid, the hotel staff and manager insisted that I must pay at the hotel again, which is annoying and ridiculous. Eventually, they insisted they will deduct the sum from my check-in deposit and told me to claim it back from Trip.com. What kind of service is that?
I asked for higher floor during booking about one month before staying but they gave me 2nd floor and said their hotel was full.
Noisy air-conditioning.

Overall a nice hotel. Room was large and had a desk, coffee machine, iron, safe etc. Room was mostly clean, but with a little bit of a smell. Great service from the hotel staff. Location is a little far from the centre, but it’s in a quiet neighbourhood which is nice.
