The hotel was fantastic, I loved our 4 night stay. We paid extra for a sea view room, definitely worth the money. The staff were all really lovely, always smiling and helpful. We went all inclusive, our first time doing that, definitely the way to go. Good choice of snacks and drinks through the day and the meal time food was great, lots of options. The location was really good, shops, restaurants and bars right outside. The hotel is right on the beach and we walked to the reggae reggae beach and along to San Antonio in the other direction, there's also a water taxi stop right outside. I would absolutely stay here again, I loved it.

This was one of the best hotels we have stayed in, the rooms were great , there was a good selection of food for everyone, and the whole place was spotless, there were staff cleaning every thing all day . As for entertainment nico and the girls put 100% in to every thing well done guys Definitely not a three ⭐️ hotel 4/5 in our opinion Thank you for a fantastic 5 day break We will be back 👏👏👏

The last day of our weeks stay here ...the hotel is lovely very clean and staff very helpful and friendly a big shout out to Nico and animation team which are all lovely and keep you entertained. The drinks are a token system once you get used to it and realise its all about the "cup' . Breakfast and lunch good variety with show cooking everyday...the only think the var snack menu is not good...would recommend this hotel

Amazing value for money, the hotel is around 15/20 minute walk into San Antonio where you will find all the restaurants bars and the big clubs like Eden ect. We paid extra for a sea view which was 100% worth it. The food was great we had no issues at all and I can be quite fussy. All Inclusive drinks are nice. Rooms are nice and clean with fresh towels daily! There's also restaurants and shops outside of the hotel if you didn’t want to go across the bay. For anyone travelling to this hotel for the nightlife scene it’s around 20 minutes in a taxi to Ushuaia and hi. This cost us 30 euros in a taxi or you can get the bus from the top of the road for around 3 euros. Overall we had a really great experience and would definitely recommend for all ages, friends , families and couples.

We had the best time here, it's out third time in this hotel! We keep coming back because we love it so much. The views are amazing and so is the people. The karaoke was o much fun with Candela and Louisiana the animation girls! We absolutely will be coming back ..

Had a brilliant time the animation team really made are holiday especially Nico and Eva they made us feel like friend. Rooms were clean and tidy. The bar staff especially on a night were welcoming always smiling. Food could be hit and miss but for the star rating and price it’s what you would expect only down side is the all inclusive finishes as soon as you check out so at 11 you have a long wait if you have a late flight but overall can’t fault the staff or the hotel would come here again.

Couldn't really fault our experience at this hotel. Everyone is super accommodating and friendly. A special mention to Nico and José for making us so welcome and always making us smile. Really good value for money. All inclusive has such a vide variety of food and drinks. Rooms are simple but clean and tidy, everything you need. Definitely will return, sooner rather than later! Thank you all so much.

Went All Inclusive, but on checking out , all bar facilities & meals were removed wristbands cut off. 1 drink at a time , you must retain your beaker or swap back for a Token. Bar shuts at 11pm , no room service , forced to exit hotel & ‘pay’ at local vars

Nico was very entertaining he kept our spirts up threw the day with games and music. Nico was very friendly and was happy to help with anything we needed. Nico has been absolutely amazing and i would come back just to see him. Thank you so much nico ❤️❤️❤️🫶🏻🫶🏻
