Yes, Great location on the beach. However, the big palapa outside is no longer there, so don't be fool by website pictures. Basic cabanas. Standing fans that did not rotate. Toilet that we had to fill with water every time! no one around to ask for things. No internet at all. Poor customer service. I hate to give bad reviews, but San Agustinillo was not at all worth it. the beach is nice but same or better beaches in Puerto Escondido and Huatulco.

How ugly when you realize that you are the victim of a hoax. The trick is to offer you a room with sea views and when you pay in advance, they give you a room without windows, facing the street and without sea views. It only has one door that must always be open to let in natural light. The cabin is located at the entrance of the hotel where everyone is constantly passing by, no privacy. We were roasting hot because not a drop of air ran, also the toilet didn't work and we had to fill it with a bucket. The first day they did not give us towels because the laundry did not arrive. This place is a disaster... We were traveling with children, and we chose this place because it had a restaurant, but it turned out that they had closed it a few weeks ago because the cook left, and we were never notified in advance, we found out when we arrived. When you convey your dissatisfaction to the staff, they accept the deception and say that it happens to them constantly but that they can't do anything, the most demeaning thing is that they offer you a margarita to console you, and suggest that you put your comment on ***********, unfortunate! Now I know why they have good ratings, when I made my reservation, the owner tried to dissuade me by phone call to cancel with *********** and book directly with them, so I couldn't leave a comment. I paid more than $100 a night for a room that looked like a storage room. The worst accommodation of all my vacations and the most expensive by far.

The local ceviche is absolute the best I’ve ever had. I wish I could have been more myself and relaxed when I visited but family makes most of us behave differently. Maybe someday I’ll return with friends. Mexico has always been very important to me. The cabanas were wonderful! I had my own room which was beyond a great! Listening to the waves crashing outside my room was exquisite. The ocean is like a lullaby every night. I found a puffer fish while snorkeling and the caves there are fun to explore as long as you can find your way back! I swear I saw some of the employees in the US so they must have look a-likes! The turtle sanctuary was so beautiful and we had lunch a little ways down the road at a restaurant on stilts with a great view I couldn’t help but look around. Thank goodness they have internet access there or else my cousin would have died! I think they might buy some property down there so maybe I’ll see you again someday. I’ll be much better company next time, I promise! My feet belong in the sand and always crave a walk on the beach.
