Great service, friendly and very helpful. Hotel has fast Wi-Fi, very large rooms and space with good working desks. The hotel restaurant is also convenient with variety of food and the best wine!

The staff were super helpful and the hotel is in good condition. It is an old hotel, but it is renovated and pleasant. The beds are comfortable, the room was spacious and clean. The only downside was the noise of the bathroom extractor fan, it was too loud and I was told that it was impossible to turn it down, even at night.

Old hotel that is currently getting renovated. One of the oldest hotels in Chile. Even though it is further to get to from the airport, the hotel pays for a taxi van with others to get to and from the airport. Bed was comfy slept well. Complementary breakfast.

Staff was rude, hotel is totally outdated, looks so worn out. What was really striking was the restaurant: the chairs were filthy, we sat as it was late at night and we needed to catch a 3:00 am flight. Would never stay there again.
