Place was pretty run down and to me seemed not very clean. The bathroom sink was the cleanest place I think. I used my own towel as a kind of blanket as I didn't want to use theirs, used a T-shirt as a pillow case instead of theirs as well. Noise everywhere...even from the AC. I looked for something on the cheap but still looked ok to crash for a night so I have a lot a can tolerate and this just wasn't for me.

As únicas coisas boas são: localização e banheiros (que foram renovados). Mas no geral o hotel é decadente (prédio velho, decoração antiga e sem cuidado), e café da manhã muito fraco. Além disso, com algumas exceções, os funcionários são grossos e atendem com má vontade.

No aperturaron el desayuno a la hr indicada, fueron 15mim tarde y habiamos huespedes esperando. La habitacion no tenia circulacion de aire pues la ventana no se abria, y habia un olor encerrado, el a/c era muy antiguo. Digamos q habian todas las facilidades y estuvo ok, pero hay mejores alternativas por un valor similar. Lo escogi porque necesitaba estar en ese sector.

Tive problemas no meu quarto, estava sujo, a descarga e o chuveiro n funcionam e ainda assim n resolveram meu meu problema é nem trocaram meu quarto, e ainda os atendentes n tiverem boa vontade em ajudar. não recomendo o hotel para ninguém.

Si bien la habitación contaba con frigobar, era cómoda y permitía un buen dormir, el baño era limpio y la ducha funcionaba bien, el desayuno deja mucho que desear. Se supone que es buffet pero realmente tiene MUY pocas opciones, y si vas pasado las 9 de la mañana, olvidate que encontrarás algo; solo encontrarás sobras pq no reponen casi nada. Si eres vegetariano o vegano, te aburres al comer frutas todos los días. Igual en la noche pedi un Delivery y olvidaron echarme tenedor. Pedimos en recepción y dijeron que estaba cerrada la cocina y no podían prestarnos nada de eso,¿solución? Nos pasaron 4 palitos para revolver café y usarlos como palitos de sushi. No dejan jabón en el baño, no puedes secarte el pelo en la pieza porque el secador de pelo está anclado al baño y el aire acondicionado no funciona. La tv es muy antigua y pequeña (parece monitor de computador) y el wifi muy malo. Para lo que ofrecen, por el precio a mi parecer no vale la pena. Hay lugares mucho más baratos y con lo mismo o mejores instalaciones.

Hotel pequeño, son grandes lujos, adecuado al precio, la pieza no era muy bonita pero funcional, baños limpios y lindos. Desayuno extremadamente simple. Tuvimos un problema con la habitación (la que nos indicaron estaba sucia) pero finalmente nos movieron a una un poco más grande, así que se resolvió sin problema.
Ubicación estratégica, teniendo en cuenta que los traslados en Santiago son muy largos
