再次續住2天了。
省事省心，方便了。
豐富的早餐，樓上健身房、游泳池都有。天氣不這麼好哦，游泳池沒有使用了，健身房鍛鍊身體了，還有冷水可以直接引用。很體貼了！

Foi a estadia mais difícil que tive até hoje. Começando pela chegada no hotel, pra nossa surpresa, haviam 2 camas de solteiro no quarto, sendo que reservei uma cama de casal. Ligando para a recepção doo hotel, identificaram um erro da agência e mesmo assim nada foi feito. Esperava mais de um hotel com o nome que um Hilton possui. Resultado: eu e minha esposa tivemos que arrastar as camas para montar uma “cama de casal”.
Travesseiros com cheiro horrível de usados. Parecia que estávamos cheirando outras pessoas. Pedimos que trocassem e os que vieram foram com o mesmo cheiro.
Passado tudo isso, resolvemos pedir um jantar no quarto. Outra terrível experiência: uma picanha que não parecia nada perto nem de um bife comum de tão ruim e duro que estava.
Infelizmente, essa foi a péssima experiência que tivemos nesse dia de comemoração que estava passando com a minha esposa.

Amazing staff and tasty food. I was helped by best staff. I am from USA and not easy to find people that speaks English. Front desk staff larissa, nejara and pedro all speaks english and just amazing. Breakfast employees sandra and angelina knows how to cook. In this hotel if you dont like scramble eggs they serve you, can ask person through google transalte make you omelette free of charge. Any questions you have go to front desk and they will help you. Will visit this hotel again on my next trip

Clean, basic lodging with small rooms. The restaurant had good food and service, I recommend getting the breakfast plan. A small but nice rooftop pool with nice views. There was a sauna and exercise room, as well, tho we didn’t use them. They were clean and nice, however. Convenient covered parking next door for our rental car for a small daily fee.

Péssimo hotel. Pior banheiro que já vi em hotel: não há porta! Não tem porta que divide o banheiro do quarto e o vaso tem uma "porta de vidro" que não fecha todo espaço. Ridículo de ruim. Atendimento horrível na recepção. Zero tato com cliente. Não há gerente após as 18h, então esqueça qualquer ajuda para seus problemas. Os quartos são de tamanho bom, mas as camas são ruins. Café da manhã abaixo do esperado. De maneira geral, não ficaria nesse hotel nem de graça.

Por ser padrao Hilton a roupa de cama deveria ser melhor e maior .A cama do nosso quarto era King e a roupa de cama era bem menor , ficava saindo a todo momento das bordas , nao tivemos uma noite de descanso e fiquei bem chateada .
O lencol de cima tbem nao comportava 2 pessoas , pequeno demais .

Surpreendente! Esperava uma boa estadia mas fomos muito bem atendidos, da recepção ao café da manhã, as necessidades no quarto. Equipe bem preparada e pronta para todo auxilio.. e olha que precisamos de tudo. Bercinho pro bebê, cobertas extra, serviço de quarto, ajuda com o ar condicionado. Tivemos excelente esperiencia. Com certeza voltaremos.

Muito bom, surpreendeu e muito as expectativas, quarto, limpeza, café da manhã, padrão Hilton de excelência, já me hospedei em São José do Rio Preto, Hilton Morumbi e agora em Santo André. Único ponto q deixo é o Hilton Honors q não consigo me cadastrar.
