Before I went there, I contacted the hotel through emails because we couldn't use WhatsApp here and they couldn't use WeChat. So if you have any questions, just email the hotel and they will reply quickly.
Most of the houses on Santorini are hotels or B&Bs, and taxis generally cannot go directly to the door. It is best to let the hotel contact the airport for pick-up, the price is 40 Euros (it seems to increase during the peak season) and the driver will contact the hotel to send someone to pick you up.
The hotel is located in the center of Fira town, close to business and bus station. It is also very convenient to go to Oia town, which only takes half an hour by car.
This room only has a toilet + shower room, so it is suitable for a family of three. The sofa bed is quite large when it is put out, but the aisle becomes very narrow. The whole bathroom is quite compact, and it would feel a bit crowded if there is one more person😂😂You can watch the video for details
The breakfast was very rich, including eggs, bread, hamburgers, sandwiches, croissants, fruits, cheesecakes, Greek yogurt, orange juice, tea, one portion for each person, and we couldn't finish it. The point is that its restaurant faces the Aegean Sea. It is unbeatable to enjoy breakfast while looking at the beautiful scenery.

My fiance and I had a wonderful stay at Casa Sunsha. The room was beautifully designed in the cycladic style and our view of the ocean from the balcony was stunning. Centrally located within walking distance of tons of restaurants, nightlife and shops. Maria and Christina were so friendly and helpful!

It was our first time visitng Santorini and we could not have had a better staying experience. The suites are in the center of the island's heart, making it very easy to go anywhere and having an amazing view of Fira and the aegean sea. The suite itself was breathtaking, combining both elegance and cycladic tradition in a very tasteful way, very clean and chic. Even though we wanted to discover the island as much as possible, we liked Casasunsha so much that on multiple occasions we decided to stay and enjoy the sunset, drink and dine there. The stuff were very polite and eager to make our stay as comfortable as possible, catering to our every need. We would like to specially mention Maria and Giannis. Maria was always within reach and went out of her way on multiple occasions to make sure we are finding ourselves well, including proposing us the best places to visit on the island, all of her suggestions being top-notch! Giannis made our breakfast time a very joyful moment of our day with his big smile and positive energy. Our whole experience was dreamy, we really would not change a thing and we will definitely choose it again for the next time we'll find ourselves in Santorini!

My wife and I were so lucky to have found this hotel to spend our honeymoon trip. Their premium room (the one with sea view and a private jacuzzi) is simply gorgeous, with a stunning sea view. Furthermore, the manager Maria was very helpful and friendly. She really did everything she could to make our stay comfortable. Breakfast was great too, love the honey and yogurt especially. Highly recommend this hotel to any couples or family.

Our experience at Casa Sunsha was simply amazing! The Queen of the place Maria made our stay so pleasant! Maria can accommodate any request.. from arranging transportation, to cruises, to shopping to resolving any issue that might arise… the entire staff was very professional and polite. The rooms were spotless, very spacious with a modern twist on classic Santorini architecture. The views breathtaking from every level of the hotel. The restaurant was exceptional! The food amazing! Santorini is a beautiful island but staying at Casa Sunsha made it even more special! This was not our first time in Santorini but definitely the most memorable one! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

We booked Casa Sunsha through a travel agent and it blew our expectations out of the water. We are pretty selective having traveled to quite a few 5-star resorts around the world. Casa Sunsha is in a perfect location in Fira, has an incredible view, the accommodations are fantastic. It is the definition of a hidden gem; a top-notch, boutique hotel that we’d return to again for sure. Oh and the attached restaurant is fabulous as well-perfect vibe, incredible cocktails, amazing service and the included breakfast was wonderful. Perhaps the best part of our stay was the general manager, Maria. She is warm and friendly and made us feel like we were her best friends. One thing to note-we have 4 children all teens. The restaurant turns into a club and music plays until 2am-it’s fine for older kids but people who are sensitive to noise and want to go to bed early, may need ear plugs! Well worth it!!!
