The Manager and owner, Atty. Melina, is one of the best I've met in giving great service to customers. She happily shared with us all the things her hotel has to offer. She also told us what to see and expect in Santorini with maps. The room was good with a nice modern shower. The free breakfast was great, and I saw Melina herself keeping an eye on it. What my wife and I will never forget is when Melina helped us with our luggage. She carried the big heavy bag all the way down. She said her brother who usually does that was not there. Oh, we felt so touched by her kindness and hospitality. We highly recommend this hotel for exceptional service that goes above and beyond! Manager, Atty. Melina, we applaud you and wish you all the best in your business and personal life.

The manger of the hotel gave outstanding customer service throughout my stay. Everything was excellent. She went above and beyond to make my stay the best. A charming traditional Greek hotel with clean spacious rooms with modern powerful shower. The perfect hotel to relax around the pool with only a five minutes walk to the centre. Great breakfast. A Fantastic holiday, thank you Melina Manager and staff. I will definitely return next year.

We spent beautiful days in a comfortable, cosy hotel. The breakfast is rich and delicious. The rooms are clean and with a wonderful view. Melina is an excellent host and e every day gave us advice , thanks to her we visited amazing places, beautiful beaches and eaten in typical restaurants or tavernas enjoying high quality food .

Melina is a home away from. Home. A cozy clean family hotel located 5 min from fiera center. Melina greets you with a smile , pampers in details and gives great advices tours and good places to visit Santorini. The breakfast is abundant wonderful and friendly for vegetarian and gluten free. It was a delight to stay here.

Friendly, family owned hotel which was very clean and quiet. We had a great 5 days here and I highly recommend it your staying in Fira. It was close enough to walk into town ( 5/10 min walk into the centre) but also very quiet as your not in the centre. The hotel is basic with no bar by the pool but we bought drinks/ wine at reception and drank it by the pool!

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 3 nights while in fira and we loved it!! This family run hotel is great, comfortable and clean. The staff are so kind and welcoming. The rooms were a good size and cleaned every day. It was in a good location - 10-minute walk to the town square (about a 4 min drive). The breakfast everyday was good, and they had a lot of options to eat. They have a little parking lot if you rent a car/ATV like we did. When we got there, they gave us a paper and gave up tips on how to get around, where to go, what to see which was so nice of them. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who visits Santorini!

We have just returned from 11 nights at Melina Hotel and we have nothing but wonderful things to say about it. Melina and her husband and all the staff that support them made it a fantastic stay. The rooms cleaned daily, the pool area very clean and the hotel a quick walk to the start of the town and the bus station as well as a wonderful Greek breakfast with home made produce and you can buy drinks from reception to enjoy your pool experience. If you are staying in Fira we recommend staying here. They cannot do enough for you
