First, I booked four rooms. Ten minutes after I paid for the reservation, I called Ctrip to ask for a refund because my family was sick. Ctrip said the agent did not agree to refund. OK, I will go on the trip as scheduled. After we arrived, we booked a hot spring bathing pool with a private massage pool on the first floor because we brought an eight-month-old baby. After we arrived, the store bullied us because we were Chinese and said that the suite I booked was sold out. I took my husband to several semi-basement rooms, which were super rubbish! They also told us that they could give us a discount! We are not beggars. If your hotel cannot provide the corresponding rooms, you should have asked us to cancel the order. I flew half the world to come here. Do you need your hotel to give me a discount? ? ? Under my strong opposition, the hotel manager gave us a sea view double suite, which we didn’t want at all, just a little sea view! This caused my eight-month-old baby to be unable to swim! We even brought a baby swimming ring! I can’t let such a young child swim in the dirty public pool of your hotel! Moreover, the cleaning staff cleaned the room the next day. After cleaning the first room, we didn't give a tip, so they didn't clean the second room for us. We urged them for a long time before they came to clean! We booked four rooms, but one of them was not cleaned in the end. I'm too lazy to care about it. Anyway, I won't recommend it in the future!
