This was a very, very special trip for our family as we were celebrating special occasions in Greece. For this reason, we chose 3 different destinations Islands, Santorini being one of them. We worked with a travel agent who suggested and booked the hotels accommodations for us. We stayed at Andronis Concept in Santorini and it far exceeded our expectations for sure. It has been one of the best, if not the best Hotel we have stayed in our lives, very luxurious yet very simple at the same time, nice balanced Hotel. Since we set foot on the property, the staff at the front door, reception, restaurants & bars, spa, cleaning & maintenance, etc., everyone was so extremely friendly and kind to me and to my family. It is located at one of the highest points of Santorini, which delivers amazing views, it is about a 20 minute car drive to Oía, the most visited destination in Santorini, the hotel provides a convenient shuttle service; also, the Hotel has access to a walking hike trail that connects with other towns in short distance, that was one of the highlights of our trip. We would love to return and spend more time & relax. To the Andronis Concept staff, thanks so much for delivering such a fantastic stay. Hands down, we highly recommend this Hotel.

The absolute worst hotel I have ever stayed at in my life. Worse than a Motel 6, worse than any budget hotel you can ever imagine- they are thieves at this hotel forcing us to pay for a night we could not be there due to flight delays. Our flight was delayed to Athens from Malta which caused us to miss our flight to Santorini (all on Greek airliners). American Express booked this for our family through the Centurion/Black Card program. My sister got engaged in Malta and this was supposed to be a special trip and the hotel ruined it. The gym is a disgrace, but not nearly as bad as the hotel manager. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. YOU WILL REGRET PAYING FOR THE STAY. THE ROOMS ARE GARBAGE, THE HOTEL IS ABSOLUTE GARBAGE. CAULK AROUND BATHROOM FIXTURES COMING UNDONE, ESPECIALLY AROUND SINK AND TOILET FLUSHER.

In my spouse and my 3.5 week honeymoon across a half dozen Greek islands, this was by far the nicest hotel we stayed at. We booked the room through Amex FHR. We were greeted at the port with a Tesla for pickup, checked in early and upgraded to an AMAZING suite with 2 stories, 2 balconies with ocean views, and a heated infinity plunge pool overlooking the caldera and with absolutely spectacular sunset views. The gym is nice, much better than other 5 star greek hotels. They also give guests unlimited number of water bottles per day, which is again better than other 5-star competitors and a welcome touch given the price per night. The breakfast was included with our stay and very good, there is both greek yogurt buffet and you can order anything on the menu a-la-carte. The pool is quite large and there is a second heated pool in a cave off the the side, although the view from that pool is not as amazing as the one from our room. We had a very positive experience with a couple massage at the spa. If there was 1 thing we would change, given its a wellness resort, we did not expect loud children playing eg with pool toys in the hotel facilities since that changed the ambiance quite a bit, and leading us to retreat to our plunge pool -- an 14yo+ or adult only experience would be preferred.

We stayed at Andronis Concept for our honeymoon and it was perfect. We found the hotel through American Express Fine properties and hotels, and boy was it! Andronis took amazing care of us and made sure that our honeymoon was special. I had pre-booked a honeymoon surprise in our room with a beautiful bouquet of roses, chocolate strawberries, and some Moët. It was all absolutely fabulous. We were there towards the end of the season in Mid-October so the whole island was less busy, but the weather was amazing. The location of Andronis Concept is fantastic because you have beautiful views of the caldera and Oia, without being in all the busyness of Oia. It was very relaxing, especially with every room having their own heated infinity pool. We did a fabulous cooking class while at Andronis, and it involved using the on-site garden for the freshest most local meal. Overall everyone from the staff, to the food, Andronis was quite perfect and should highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation in Santorini. The dinner at the on-site restaurant and room service was ALSO phenomenal!

My husband and I spent four days and three nights at the Andronis Concept hotel. We were celebrating his birthday and our 20th wedding anniversary. Let me begin by saying that Zoe greeted us when we arrived and was extremely helpful our entire trip. All staff were friendly and helpful but Zoe went above and beyond. The hotel is beautiful and our hotel room had a private pool with a beautiful view. We could not ask for more. Also, we were to able to walk to Fira and Oia as their were walking trails close to the hotel. If you are thinking about staying here, do not hesitant. We hope to return in the future.

I first visited Andronis Concept with my former boyfriend two years ago, and from the moment we arrived, I felt like I had stepped into paradise. I've stayed at many 5-star hotels throughout my life, but this one is truly in a league of its own. I first thought I was being so enthusiastic about this place because of our trip together, but I quickly realized it wasn't about that but about the place, Andronis Concept itself. I came back on a couple of solo trips for work for my lifestyle company, and the experience only gets better. Andronis concept approach to customer hospitality is beyond what you are used to in Greece. The service is impeccable, the staff are warm, and the rooms will blow your mind. The breakfast area, with its breathtaking views, makes every morning feel like waking up in heaven, you will feel all the feels! The spa? Another level entirely. You’ll feel as if you’ve left the island and been transported to cloud nine for a few magical hours honestly. Not to mention the peace and quiet all around. The reception staff are always ready to assist with a smile and great mood! I’ve been fortunate enough to experience other Andronis hotels, and their commitment to exceptional customer hospitality shines throughout the entire group really!

We stayed in a Cozy Suite for three nights, with jaw-dropping Caldera view!! One of the most amazing stays in my life! Top-notch level of service, staff is professional and friendly at the same time. Fell in love with Kallos Spa treatments! You should have a dinner at Throubi restaurant!! Already looking forward to going back next year!!
