I was worried because I hadn't told my arrival time in advance, but staff was nearby and guided me smoothly. We even got Santorini wine, which usually costs a lot of money, for free just because it was Christmas! The female staff were very friendly and kind, and the male staff were also very kind, delivering breakfast and other things even in the rain!

A very beautiful and clean hotel near centre of Santorini. Lovely pool and stream room in the hotel room. Hotel can provide taxi service an anytime. Worth to stay here for your Santorini trip especially for couples. However, hotel should improve communication within teams and the power supply for the steam room and the pool outside.

Nice stay here. Very good location just take ten minutes to the Fira town centre, nice service and provide a lot of suggestions on travelling.

If I come to Fira Village again, I think I'll book here again!
I really hate noisy places, but it's quiet because there aren't many people around. First of all, it's not too far from the mart, Purihua, and Asian club stores! And most of all, the staff were so kind. I had a great time in Santorini~ It rained so I couldn't take pictures of the pool outside, but it was wide and I could use it warmly, and there was a sauna inside, so it was really
great. I could wash warmly when I showered ㅎㅎ

The front desk staff is very friendly and the hotel is close to the city center, but the environment outside the hotel is a bit desolate. The room is very nice, with an outdoor bathtub, nice!

There were hairs and dead bugs on the blanket🥲🥲 And the window was so dirty that it blocked the view outside. When I showered in the bathroom, water leaked out of the bathroom and soaked the living room..
It was located in a place where I could see the sunrise in Santorini. I couldn't see the sunset, and I couldn't see the cliffs with white buildings and blue domes. The area looked a bit slum. The inside of the building is pretty and well-equipped. The staff was very friendly and kind.

It's absolutely the best. The facilities even include a sauna. It's very clean, nice, and friendly. Everything is conveniently available. The breakfast is also very delicious. I definitely want to come again next time.

We had the best time at Cycladic suites. We stayed in the large room with a private pool and sea views and our friends stayed in the hot tub rooms. Dior the manager at the hotel is extremely accommodating she made us feel so at ease and handled everything. We absolutely loved it here and would love to return soon! Highly recommend!!!
