We had an absolutely amazing first trip to Sanya while staying at Mangrove Tree Resort. The room we stayed at in King Palm Tower was huge and it overlooked the resort. The room was gorgeous and the stylish tub was a nice touch. We spent a few hours at the water park on site and stuffed ourselves at the food street. Very convenient and centralised location. Would definitely stay here again on our next visit.

Very nice Resort for families with small children. The first days we struggled with the pools - the main one and also other one were closed. In general the maintenance could be more professional...a lot of edges outside with not that well maintained stuff. We had a big suite and a lot of light switches, which you have to study before be able to use. Three Air-conditions in the Suite, but two doesn't work... fortunately it wasn't that hot outside.

Rooms is ok. Nice balcony with good view. Many outlets like adidas Nike polo and others. Few swimming pools but when we stay in hotel 2 days they clean it. Water park is old and small but ok if for free. Street food very good, many styles of food and good beer restaurant about 20-30 different type of beer. Breakfast so so. For 5 star hotel not good.

Very friendly staff. Hotel gave us a great discount and for the check out, they let us stay till 4pm, so we had enough time to enjoy swimming pool. Thanks a lot. We’ll be back soon 🥰

The environment is beautiful. The hotel staff are kind, patient, and helpful. But the hotel itself and the rooms are old and run down. The AC did not work well, the shower was leaky, and the elevators were slow and squeeky. While there are excellent places to eat, where the prices and quality are both top notch, everything else is below average and still very expensive.

Great hotel, we stayed in a deluxe room, very comfortable rooms with a great view of the garden. There are many pools of any depth with a water park on site. Recomend for everybody.

It’s crowded and the service is not that convenient, especially for foreigners… as for cleanness, it’s less than average especially for a 5 star’s hotel… I believe with paying more attention to the previous mentioned tips, there we ll be more fun,relaxing, convenient and comfortable environment for all.
