Room was big but the noise of running water and some cracking in the wall was so annoying I stayed there for 2 nights that noise was waking me up all night, room was 801. So if you get that one try to change for some other one. But room was clean and location was amazing

Barry has not let us down, yet again! It’s excellent value for money, in a good location. We had a beautiful view from our suite on the 32nd floor. Although the room was not cleaned thoroughly each day, the towels were always changed and the bed was made for us. We’re satisfied with our stay at Barry’s. (yes, the elevator is slow! plan for it).

The hotel is located in the heart of the Great East China Sea, 10 minutes walk from No. 1 Harbor (Big Pineapple), the summer department store and the hotel are 5 minutes walk from the sea, there is a snack street next to the hotel. Convenient transportation: 10 minutes drive from the city center, 30 minutes drive from Sanya Phoenix International Airport and 15 minutes drive from Sanya Bus Station. There are more guests in the season now. The elevator takes time. We are very sorry to bring you a bad experience. There are four elevators on our floor. Sincerely hope you can come again, wish you a happy life!

Well-located and value for money. The room was reasonably spacious with a nice balcony overlooking the beach. The wifi was also excellent, which was important since we were working online. However, the bathroom had a curtain, no door, which wasn't very comfortable. Also, there was no laundry room as advertised on its page. Elevators are extremely slow, so allow enough time for this. Communication was a challenge at times, which was surprising since most of the guests at the hotel were foreigners.

The room was big, but the bathroom had some smell and wasn't sure where it came from, but it was acceptable. We arrived a little early before checkin time and they managed to get us checked early and the staff were helpful

Clean rooms. The beautiful view opens from the room. Cleaning room every day. The staff is friendly, good location. There are disposable toothbrushes, disposable hygiene items, 2 bottles of water give every day. The price as for such hotel, is very pleasant

Hotel was meh… I guess it’s a budget hotel. The view was ok from the upper floors. It’s a short walk to the beach and restaurants.. no serious complaints. Just wish I booked something on the beach instead.

The swimming pool was way cold and most of us caught a cold after trying to swim in the pool.

Smelling washroom and old facility. Front desk girls were rude and impatient. Except the location, nothing else was on the positive side. Very important to remember, there are multiple owners in this tall building which makes in and out of the three elevators uncomfortable due to the crowdedness. Even worse for children and seniors.

It's a great hotel with kind and helpful staff. Spacious room are the best part. Hotel is close to small restaurants and few parks. We'll definitely come again.

In the room found few dead insects, elevators waiting time is about 10 minutes every time, to go and back, 20 mins should spend, because rooms are at high floors, so go by stairs also takes long time, breakfast so-so
