Nice few nights here. Host is great. Quiet peaceful and pretty nice beach.

It's a super lovely village. The owner is very nice too. Be aware, there are 2 buildings. The cheaper rooms are in the old building, the reception and the doors in the main building are closed at night , so I don't recommend you to stay outside till the midnight) as for this price the room was okay. There is no sea view and the "balcony" is the area where everyone can sit and the windows of one of the rooms go on that side. So it's not really comfortable. But after all ..you live in a super lovey village，the see is right next to you. What else do you need? I would love to come back to this village.

Stunning place and views, and right on the beach. Very serene environment and not crowded at all. About an hour away from the tourist areas, but I preferred to have the beach all to myself. Enough restaurants and stores in the surrounding little town. It was exactly what I wanted.

Initially booked the Simple room and upon viewing, found it unfit for a long term stay. 1. The bed was as gard as rock 2. Room was dusty and moldy 3. In a completely separate building to the advertised hotel. Upgraded to a sea facing room. Managewas a bit too keen on charging us extra on the upgrade. 1. The superior sea facing room's bathroom was flooded and the toilet took 20 minutes or more to refill after flushing. 2. House keeping is nonexistent unless asked for. 3. We were there for 6 nights and our linen was not changed once 4. The pool is filled with tap water and is filthy. . This is not a hotel. It is a house of rooms of which are over priced and unkept. They do have good customer service and are always willing to help though. What really saves thus hotel is it's beautiful surroundings and beach. A clean and flat beach to swim in with beautiful sunsets. There are 0 fast food restaurants around it and food sold in restaurants around it are VERY expensive. Consider wisely when booking.

Great little place near western end of Tianya village beach.. Many restos and convenience stores for every budget nearby the terrace overlooking the pool and beach is inviting!

A very nice stay in the small village of Tianya. Convenient room wilt everything you need without being expensive . No extreme luxery but just good! Very nice lobby with open veranda, and at the basement a nice porch wits swimming pool. Could improve a little on keeping the floor in the room cleaner.

Actually they have two buildings, one has a vew of the sea and the other one is exactly the opposite side which is in fact abandoned. The second one is truly the cheapest one. I had some difficulties with wifi and I had to go to the other building and the toilet was a nightmare. I didn't like this building.
