到了之後管家小哥接待的非常熱情 免費給升級了房型 房間也超級棒很寬敞 陽台風景很好去哪都方便

五年的房子、感覺很舊了、衞生不太好、很多污漬、黴味兒、屋裡有蟑螂、浴室下水道堵了、一洗澡就能看出排水有問題。房間主要朝東、六七點的三亞已經很熱了、有一天早晨停電、是被熱醒的。周邊是遊艇的碼頭、出海比較方便。樓下有個“楊紅百貨店”、很小的一個賣日用品的店。不建議大家去那裡購買、一雙拖鞋45、海邊賣30、感覺對遊客宰得有點兒狠了。周邊停車一天30的上限。

一到小區管家在樓下接的，直接帶我們入住。房間也很不錯，乾淨整潔。樓下是免税店，可以去逛逛，東西還是挺全的，化粧品三件7.5折，力度還行。

環境：周圍交通商場景點離得都很近！！！很方便出行！！

衞生：很乾凈整潔 就跟自己的家一樣，房屋打掃很乾凈，客房服務也很好，
環境：一線望海，房間很温馨，打開窗就是海，到了晚上開窗特別的涼爽，真的很棒！
服務：老闆會派專門的人來接待我們帶我們去到自己定的那一間房，特別人性化，需要什麼了打電話就會送過來，服務特別到位，因為我們是朋友一起出行來這邊玩，之前也入住過別的民宿，特別的吵鬧，所以選擇換了一家，給了我們不一樣的體驗 房間樓下就是免税店，走出小區就是小吃街，味道很正宗，出行也特別便捷，因為我們之前來三亞沒出過海不認識什麼人 老闆給我們安排了一條龍服務，玩的很愉快😁

歐式的裝修風格，挺好看的，還配有廚房，客廳挺大的，特別適合一家人入住，離第一市場也很近，方便！

廁所馬桶裏麪還有污垢，客廳桌子上也有螞蟻。還有大蚊子🦟，用了花露水驅蚊的東西都還是有，把娃娃臉上叮了幾個包！
還有這是我住了那麼多名宿唯一一家沒有礦泉水的，其次沒有浴巾洗臉帕，雖然不用但是的要有吧。唯一有的洗漱用品就是牙刷牙膏和梳子😊。
優點：離第一市場近，附近就是大型超市及國服免税店還有港口近。
