我來三亞第一站住機場酒店，衞生環境都很一般。跟馨雅這個小民宿比起來差了很多，第二站住的海棠灣君悦，五星級酒店確實沒得説，不過帶孩子出去玩的話就不划算了，所以住了幾天後選擇這裏，民宿我也是選了又選，馨雅我看了，有幾條差評，住了以後發現根本不會有床上説的蟲子，老闆態度不好。第一，我通過評論得知老闆退伍軍人。房間的衞生做的真不錯。我家以前也開過大大小小的旅店，賓館。他真的做的很乾凈，浴巾疊的整整齊齊。百十來塊的酒店，就這床單被罩洗的真的很乾凈。房卡出去玩的時候丟了，老闆回來二話不説給拿新的。爽快。索性住了三天。💗❤️真心推薦這家民宿，別的不説，老闆人品，房間衞生，絕對沒得説。所以我建議大家，不想出去玩就住好的親子酒店，一整天在酒店裡，孩子玩的真好，如果選擇出去玩，住在這裏，馨雅之家民訴真的不錯。性價比很高。去哪也很方便，亞龍灣滴滴打車9塊左右，大東海20左右，海棠灣40左右，去南山西島都有公交車，30路最為方便快捷。去後海打車也沒多少錢。而且很接地氣的一家民宿。

地點在六盤村裡，進去就是夜市街，購物吃東西停車都很方便，六盤村村牌進去中間右拐走幾步路，拐個彎就到了。老闆很熱情，剛到店門口老闆就幫忙提行李，老闆是一名退伍軍人，一些關於遊玩方面的事情都可以問老闆。剛到店門口老闆就幫忙提行李民宿是我住過的目前為止最乾淨的一家，一些衞生什麼的都是老闆自己去搞的，衞生標準很高。因為衞生什麼都是自己搞，老闆有時候不在前台，也能理解。走的那天老闆還熱情給我們詢問有沒有去機場的司機，給我的感覺就是做事耿直，有求必應，不愧是退伍軍人，祝老闆民宿越做越好！

酒店就在六盤村裡，村裡停車場十分方便，老闆退伍軍人出身，人很熱情主動到停車場幫忙拎行李，房間打掃的很乾凈是春節旅遊裏這麼多酒店最乾淨之一，出門就是小吃街十分方便，村口就是亞龍灣公園太近了！從村口打車去海灘也是便宜又方便

住宿老闆是一位退伍軍人，幫我們提兩個行李上樓，房間設施也是簡單乾淨，就是半夜有🐓打鳴，睡眠淺的同志們勿入。

房間沒紗窗，窗外面很多雞鴨鵝，各種叫，尤其是公雞白天不分時段的叫，店家説整個三亞都這樣很正常（其實別的地方沒有），有蚊子咬人，雜牌蚊香片屁用沒有（看照片為證，這牌子也是醉了），找店老闆借蠅子拍各種狡辯沒蚊子，有也正常，還各種威脅暗示。上下左右一點不隔音，樓上打呼嚕，聽的竟然非常清晰。其他房間關門大的像打槍轟大炮，真的被驚到了，咣咣的帶震顫效果。天剛黑街上開啟音箱模式，音樂聲震天響。床不知道有蝨子還是檳榔蟲，渾身癢。早上聽到樓上有人傳下來的聲音也説有蚊子，早上拍死一衹蚊子一手血（看照片）。莫名其妙的癢一直癢了一週有了。

挺乾淨的，距離森林公園幾分鐘的路程，晚上夜市吃的也不錯。
缺點是隔音不好，樓下有雞鴨鵝什麼的亂叫。
