The room was very spacious, and the location was superb. We enjoyed exclusive sea views and were able to avoid the noisy crowds. The beach was just across the street. My favorite part was watching the sunrise and feeling the sea breeze from the terrace in the early morning. In the afternoon, I loved soaking in the tub while watching sailboats glide across the sea. The service was excellent; they even gave me a free room upgrade. Next time I come to Sanya, I'll definitely choose Jiju Xie again. Wishing the owner a prosperous business!

Excellent value for money. The downtown location is fantastic, literally steps away from the beach right outside the complex entrance. We also loved being next to the Yihang Night Market and Snack Street, which gets very lively at night. The room itself was very spacious, and the air conditioning cooled effectively. Overall, a fantastic experience, and I'm very satisfied.

Our check-in coincided with Typhoon Jianyu making landfall in Sanya on August 24th. The lady at the front desk arranged an early check-in for us and even upgraded us to a full sea-view suite. The room was clean and tidy, offering an expansive view. The sea view was absolutely stunning; we could even see the ocean from the comfort of our bed in the bedroom. The room also came with sand-digging toys for children. Stepping out of the complex, there were numerous eateries and supermarkets downstairs, and the beach was just across the road. A special thank you goes to the lady at the front desk. When we checked out, the elevator was out of order due to the typhoon. She climbed the stairs to meet us and even helped carry a heavy 15 kg suitcase down from the 23rd floor – truly an incredible effort on her part. I would definitely recommend this place to friends.

The guesthouse is situated within a residential complex that offers fantastic sea views. We stayed in a spacious, 35th-floor ocean-view room, complete with a balcony that provided stunning vistas of the sea. The Xianmang Night Market is conveniently located right behind the complex. Shared bikes and scooters are readily available just outside the entrance, making the night market a mere few minutes' ride away. The beach is just across the road, and along the coast stretches the beautiful Coconut Dream Corridor. The room's cleanliness was truly concerning. Just as I was about to go to bed, I found an unidentified bug, and I felt itchy all over my body throughout the night. The next morning, we woke up and headed to Nanshan Temple. At 11:30 AM, we received a message reminding us to check out. This caught us off guard because, based on our experience in Wanning, the host there would always inquire around 9 AM if we wished to extend our stay. I had therefore assumed this guesthouse would do the same. Consequently, we had no choice but to cut our trip short and immediately take a taxi back to pack our luggage. The spacious balcony with its incredible sea view was a perfect 10/10. We witnessed several stunning sunsets from there. A supermarket downstairs made it really convenient to cook simple meals ourselves. Nearby, you'll find great dining options such as 87 Fishing Boat, Coconut Chicken, Tiger Po Vanilla Duck, and Little Moustache Seafood. Ordering takeout was also a breeze, though you might need to head downstairs to collect your delivery yourself, as an access card is required for entry.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. It's totally worth every penny. The views are breathtaking, the service is excellent, the rooms are very spacious, the location is along the coconut dream corridor and close to many beaches and attractions. The staff is are very kind and helpful. I want to specially thank the man and the lady who received me. The man came to attend to me at 3am just so that my stay would be very comfortable. They also agreed to store my luggage for me two days after I had checked out and gone to Lingshui. My flight wasn't until at night but I had come back to Sanya many hours earlier. I went back to the hotel staff who had helped me and asked if they could store my bag while I take a walk along the beach and they agreed. I would totally recommend this hotel.

There are 5-6 blocks in total. Quite a number of units are vacant. The building where we stayed is slightly run down. Lift interior covered with paperboard, some minor renovation on going. Rusted door frame. Lastly uncomfortable bed.
