Room facilities need updating: Sockets: there is a space to work, with an office table, but the sockets are old and it is not possible to use them. The office chair is a little dangerous, if you lean a little further back, you almost fall. Television sideboard: there is a very old television sideboard that takes up half the room and makes the room feel heavy. Suggestion: remove the sideboard and place the television on the wall. Telephone: there is a very old telephone in the room, as a decorative object it is nice, but currently it is not functional at all, I don't even know how to use it. Soap: there was no soap in the room.

The room is very good, clean and quiet. There are some very good restaurants nearby. The hotel breakfast is simple and the hotel location is good. I will definitely stay in this hotel when I go to Brazil again.

The location is great and the general appearance at the reception too. The rooms need a light paint job and quiet air conditioning, the building opposite always has parties, so it is necessary to turn on the air to reduce the noise from the neighbor. Those who work in the tourism sector have their first class, which is on holidays and weekends when they work the most. The girl who serves breakfast was not well trained and started dismantling the buffet at 9:45 am. The hygiene of the buffet in the fruit and cold cuts area was inadequate, with many flies landing on these products. It's a shame, breakfast was a highlight of the hotel and it's not free.

Dismal service. We waited in the lobby for 20 minutes before finding an employee who claimed there were no reservations for the day. The parking service was also below expectations, with slow service and bad manners, despite the low flow of demand. The facilities themselves were not bad, just with outdated structure of some items, such as air conditioning. Overall, I didn't think it was worth the price charged.

Stay went well, without any problems. The only point I would like to highlight is regarding bed linen. Sheets on the mattress are smaller than the size of the mattress itself and only the top covers are accepted for storage. But a detail that can be improved in everyday room tidying.

Hotel location is good, but facilities need urgent maintenance. Floors have carpet, so anyone with allergies should avoid the hotel.
