Hotel well located close to the metro station, all the staff are super kind and helpful. Very clean room, with excellent towels and bed linen. The only point to highlight is that it does not have room service, but there are several local restaurants in the area and also a small market on the same block. Delivery is also permitted.

My experience was positive, and I will certainly go back there. Wonderful location, extremely helpful staff. The only caveat was the breakfast, very few options, very simple, rating 4. In other aspects, 10.

Good room and breakfast too, for the price. TV with bad image, it had a problem, but I didn't use it much, the shower couldn't regulate the temperature, bed and bath linen were very old, and the worst: lots of cockroaches in the bathroom, on the 6th floor.

It was good. Good breakfast. Only the location is not the best, but cost and benefit is worth it.
Parking is charged separately, which I didn't find very nice, since there's no way to leave your car on the street.

Hotel in the Center region offers good comfort for those who need to work in Bom Retiro, Santa Ifigênia and surroundings. It therefore becomes a cost/benefit ratio. The room is simple but clean and tidy. It has free wifi, but I haven't tested it. Paid parking. Breakfast included in the rate with good options. Unfortunately, the downtown area has a problem with the situation of street people and *************, which today is too close to the surroundings of the hotel. As I have been a guest who has been going to the hotel for many years, I am calm about this situation, but for a first-time guest, you might find this very bad (and in fact it is!).

The hotel is located right in Crackland, it's very sad. Walking around at night is very unsafe. Cleaning leaves something to be desired and so does the service because the employees are reactive to the surrounding situation. Did not like!
