Hotel Sosei Sapporo - MGallery Collection

A very nice stay ever in Japan. This is an all-rounded hotel. The staff services are excellent. Room was clean, tidy and fancy.

We'd the most amazing stay at Sosei Hotel M Gallery. It is a very beautiful hotel with nice amenities & a host of friendly & great staff. Especially a very sweet Nepalese girl, Maisara. She helped us with our heavy luggages & at breakfast the next morning, introduces the best offerings at breakfast buffet. The seasonal sweet persimmons, matcha latte & smoothies was served by her to our table. She really made our day with her warm hospitality. The hotel has a underground way to Sapporo factory Mall & was 10 mins walk to Airport Bus at ANA Crown Plaza. It's also near Sapporo Beer Garden for Ghenghis Khan Buffet. We took cab( less than 1000Y) to where all activities are when too tired to walk.

The hotel was splendid. Very beautiful and gave the old Hokkaido allure. More than anything, the staff were very attentive. My knee hurt and the staff noticed from the way I walked and spontaneously brought the ice pack to my room. I will definitely recommend this hotel.

On the last night of our trip, we returned to the hotel where we felt the most comfortable and convenient. Nestled in the heart of the city, the hotel is just a 15-minute stroll from the main shopping mall. If you prefer a taxi, it only takes about 5-6 minutes and costs around 870 yen—an incredibly reasonable fare. Most drivers are familiar with the hotel by name, so you won’t need to fuss with a map. This time, we opted for a king-bed room, which turned out to be smaller than the twin-bed room we had previously seen. After taking a look at both options, we now know exactly which room to book on our next stay. Once again, the staff impressed us with their warmth and attentiveness. Fluent in English, they went above and beyond to assist us, even helping arrange a taxi to the airport. The check-out process was lightning-fast, making our departure seamless. Without a doubt, I will choose this hotel again for my next visit to Sapporo!
