Absolutely loved this hotel and would visit again. Location is 5min from Susukino center, the facility is clean and well kept with excellent hygiene. The room had high ceiling and a big window which made the stay feel more spacious despite the typical small Japanese hotel rooms, and had all the amenities I needed. What I loved the most was the professionalism shown by all the staffs. The front desk staffs are kind, willing to help, and could speak English (though I spoke mostly in Japanese, this is important because I've stayed in other hotels in Sapporo where the staffs didn't even bother to understand nor speak English, and I couldn't get the help I needed). The cleaning staffs were also very kind and professional. The breakfast was beyond my expectation! Close to the airport bus station and if you are traveling by subway, the hotel is right by Hosui Susukino station :) Thank you Comfort Hotel for the lovely service🙏🏻

The hotel is 5 mins walk from Susukino underground station and around 20-30 mins walk from Sapporo station. Breakfast was extensive and definitely the highlight for the stay with options like hotate and tuna sashimi as well as hokkaido crab legs! The room was small which was typical for Japanese hotels but clean and functional. There was also a public bath but was usually crowded. If you are staying at this hotel, definitely go for the breakfast!

As a solo traveler in Japan, every capsule hotel I've experienced has been impeccably clean and truly excellent – they genuinely live up to their reputation! After exiting JR Sapporo Station, follow the underground walkway towards Odori, and at its very end, you'll find the Susukino Station exit. The capsule hotel occupies a tall building, but its entrance is quite discreet. Once you've checked in, it's a very independent experience. The bunk-style pods are very spacious and bright, with separate floors dedicated to showering and grooming facilities. There's a convenient and well-stocked 7-Eleven downstairs, and the building's second floor offers co-working and dining areas. This makes it the ideal accommodation for a solo stay in Sapporo. Very satisfied!

Our first stop in Sapporo, Hokkaido. Transportation was very convenient. There's a direct airport bus from the airport; we got off at Susukino station, and it was about a 3-4 minute walk to the hotel. The hotel facilities were a bit dated, but generally acceptable, especially since we were out exploring all day anyway. Just a few minutes' walk away is Cocono, which offers dining, shopping, and a supermarket, making it very convenient. The supermarket stocked a variety of Hokkaido-exclusive Sapporo products. We got a great deal on this hotel through a Ctrip group purchase.

The location of the hotel is really excellent. It is 1 minute left after going out and it is Tanukikoji Commercial Street, which is convenient for eating and shopping. The service is also very good, but the facilities are too old. It has been raining in Hokkaido these days, and there is a smell in the corridors and rooms.

Our family of 3 had a great 9-day stay in Daiwa Roynet in Susukino. Room is clean and spacious for 3 persons and 2 big opened luggages. Hardness of mattress gave a good back support after a day of walking and touring the city. Location of hotel is superb, walking distance to all attractions such as Odori Park, the famous Tanujikoji Street, Nijio market for fresh seafood and a long underground shopping mall that links from Suskino to Sapporo station. You will never starve for food as many good eateries, mini-marts and restaurants around the hotel. Subways near hotel and most importantly, the to and fro airport bus within walking distance. Very glad to have chosen to stay in this hotel. Highly recommended!

I stayed 2 nights on smoking-room type but I think the smell was not that good, it’s my false that choose this type of room. The staff was very helpful, they allow me to change to non smoking room. That was very nice. The location near shopping street and bus stop to CTS airport. Very convenient for walking around.

The hotel in very good location but rooms is extremely small , barely has space to open the luggage on the floor , room size is only 18 SQM , they never publish the room size on the room details , photos on the listing is misleading as it show the rooms is big but actually its extremely small , Toilet is miserable small and has 40 CM step to climb , if you have senior person be ready to assist every time that person need to go to toilet.
Breakfast , i tried once and never repeated as it doesn't worth it .
Im frequent traveller and i don't normally write reviews but for this hotel i have to write to be sure no one got the same disappointment i got when i saw the room .
Good luck

AAnonymous UserThe staff here are English-speaking and exceptionally friendly and welcoming.
I purchased a refill for my Traveler’s Notebook, a special collaboration with the hotel featuring the hotel name in gold on the cover. When the staff asked if I was a TN user, I showed her my train version TN, and she showed me hers too! It was a very lovely interaction. They also asked if I wanted to stamp my notebook, providing three different variations. It was a wonderful touch!
There are only five paid parking slots available, costing ¥1,600 per night. The parking spot is reserved for you, so you’re free to come and go as you please. They even put up a sign indicating your room number.
I’d definitely stay here again if I return to Sapporo!

JJefxxxxxA cozy room with a welcoming atmosphere, reliable air-conditioning, and ample hanging space for coats and jackets. The bed was very comfortable, free from the distraction of an unnecessary decorative bed runner. The breakfast was excellent, and the location was very convenient. The reception staff were friendly and helpful.
It would be helpful to add extra signage requesting guests to refrain from loud phone conversations in the corridor, especially around midnight, as not all guests are considerate or aware of noise levels.

GGuest UserI recently stayed at Travelodge and overall, the experience was quite decent. The room was clean and the staff at the reception were friendly. However, I did face a bit of an inconvenience during my stay.
On one occasion, I put the card on the door asking for fresh towels, as per the hotel's policy for towel change requests. Unfortunately, despite the card being clearly visible, the housekeeping staff did not come in to replace the towels. This was a bit disappointing, as I was expecting a simple service to be carried out as requested.
While the hotel itself is generally comfortable, I hope they can improve their housekeeping service in the future to avoid such oversights.

VVlad SpaceAwesome spot, close to parks and beautiful view to the street. I booked a smoking room without knowing what I got myself into, but the room was spotless, the water pressure amazing, and the bath tub accomodating.
For future travelers: if you don't smoke, do not book a smoking room!

、、yinhe~The hotel has a good sanitation environment, but the accommodation space is relatively cramped. Check-in is efficient and convenient. No Chinese service is provided. The public lounge area is quite high-end and very Japanese. I like it very much. The next morning at around 6:36, the Japanese guest in bed 802a called and cursed early in the morning. It was too noisy and seriously affected my rest until I woke up. This is the first time I have such a stay experience. It's a bit too bad.

SSolo Male - Long Term TravelExpectation/Reality: fair representation of photos from reality. Bunks are organized in a clever way which make it feel quite private.
Security: good lock in bed room. Code required to get into the bunk area. And generally felt belongings were secure.
Hygiene: generally very clean, seems like a pattern in Japan. The ceiling of the top bunk is open style, rugged but clean.
Hospitality: sometimes it took some patience to deal with a human. But the online check in / out works fine. You need to take an elevator to get to the hostel
Social Atmosphere: only stayed a few nights so did not have best opportunity to engage, however, there is an abundant amount of common space and would expect it to be good.
Overall would come again and would reccomend.

BbobbiipinNice and cosy hostel in convenient location, not too far from Nijo market and Susukino. There were convenient stores and coin laundry nearby as well. Bed was snuggly and comfortable although it was a shared room. Having bar downstairs was both a benefit and drawback. It was convenient to get food & drink after a long day travelling and you don't want to leave for anywhere else, and their bar has great selection of drinks. However, the sound from the bar can be loud so earplugs is highly recommended to ensure a good night sleep. The bar area is also a smoking zone as well so even though the dorm is strictly non-smoking, the smell might still bother you if you're sensitive. Overall I think it's a not bad value for what you pay for, and great if you want a bit more lively hostel rather than quiet place.

유유경I was worried because there were not many reviews, but it was a pretty satisfactory accommodation. I leave a review for those who make a reservation.
I traveled with 3 people, but I was worried that the Japanese accommodation was generally small, so I was worried that it would be like this here, but it was so nice that the two double beds, the room was spacious, the kitchen was equipped and comfortable. It's a quiet neighborhood, so I don't know if I can hear noise outside and the soundproofing is good or the people living are quiet, but it was nice to be quiet. The bed was also an iron bed at first, but it was fluffy and stable, so I could sleep well. The downside is that I didn't refill the towel, so if I didn't have enough, I had to wash it myself with a washing machine inside. The location was good as it was a 10-minute walk from Susukino Station and a 5-minute walk from Nakajimakoen Station. There is also a convenience store (Family Mart) right nearby. I would like to use this property on my next trip to Sapporo.

HHuiyu9696The hotel is kinda old-fashioned and it need key to unlock instead of card. The toilet has abit odour and dusty on the table and coffee machine. However, staff is helpful and friendly. Location wise is near Susukino.
One thing need to be caution is someone unlocked my room, luckily I had used the anti-thief chain. I’m not sure the key it’s shared Kay among the room or the housekeeper unlocked it. Please improve!
