King studio is very large and with such a big tv, everything is good except little wool on the pillow

I did not get to stay in this hotel because the airline that I booked through Trip.Com cancelled their flight 2-hours before it departed Luton airport. I did not get to Sarajevo thus I lost the cost of this hotel accommodation, a four-day car hire, and the flight itself. Trip.Com must validate the efficacy, trustworthiness, and quality of service provided by all of its supply chain - it can not process their customer's money without accepting liability for their supply chain partners. I am not a satisfied customer because I didn't get to experience the service provided by this hotel. Is it the hotel's fault - No. Its Trip.Com's fault for engaging an unscrupulous airline like Wizz Air

Good location. Just a minute away from the river side. Breakfast is good.

There is a cute girl at the front desk who is a little bit fat. She is very friendly and answers all questions. The breakfast is a bit average. The hotel is within walking distance to the attractions, which is quite convenient.

The service of the hotel is too bad. I can open the room to other people in the middle of the night and suddenly open the door to come in. Marriott is the worst! Hotel parking has to be booked in advance, and there is no reminder when booking. It is very troublesome to park by yourself, and you have to find a place far away. The only good thing is that the room hygiene is OK. The hotel breakfast is so-so, the overall impression is too bad!

The hotel is very close to the old town of Sarajevo, and the room is relatively large in European hotels. And there is a full set of kitchen utensils in the room, such as stoves, pots, tableware, large refrigerators, and dishwashers. You can buy them in nearby supermarkets and make them yourself. The breakfast is relatively rich, with Western food and local specialties, there is always something suitable for you.

1. There are no slippers. I called and they didn’t deliver them on the same day. They said they were gone and they would give them to me tomorrow... nb 2. I forgot to take my sandals when I checked out, but the hotel later said I didn’t have them.

The breakfast in the hotel is very rich. It is also very convenient to walk to the scenic spots. It takes about 5 minutes to go to the Latin Bridge. It takes about 1 minute to walk to the river. There are also shopping malls around. Overall, it is very convenient.
